Ordinary scam I ordered a tracksuit on September 13 I wrote an email when it will be and in general it is already 22 the second one is written that it is supposed to be by 24 and they do not reply to my emails on messages on tik tok also I do not know anything what is happening with my package is it going or not there
I placed an order on September 3rd and I received no updates whatsoever. I’ve read the reviews of the same thing happened to others and I’ve sent an email asking for a full refund which they’re probably just going to ignore. Don’t place an order off of here.

So I know this is a bit not relevant but I just have to share, so I was scrolling on tt the other day and stumble across their video and thought the clothes looked cool so I followed and commented and then today I got a dm from them saying I can get a free pair of clothes so I got excited and said I would like a pair and that’s am a supporter and then they tell me that you will get your free pair but u will have to pay for the shipping fee which is obviously a scam and not to be trusted please don’t fall for this scam
Its been a while now since I ordered my pixel set. after seeing multiple people have the same problem Im seeking legal support to shut this down.

Promises tracking for orders, but never got any updates on my order even after 11 days after ordering and can’t even access the checkout page for my order. Nobody answers emails or customer service requests.

I placed the order on 1st August. You sent a standard reply on my previous review suggesting an email was sent, which I can confirm it definitely wasn't. Update I placed my order on 18th of August,and I’ve been trying to contact the customer support via email and social media accounts no response yet.
In my experience you shouldn’t order from this website because of their latency issues and not answering in their email and social media account.
I’m 98% sure it’s a scam so please don’t fall into it like I did and couple of people on Trust pilot.
By the way if you tried to answer in this website and wrote an essay my order number is #1072 ship the order or refund the money.
Made an order 29th July 2026 was ment to recieve 6th August nothing came I’ve sent 5/6 emails to see what’s happening and when it will come because I ordered them for my holiday, had no reply’s no updates no communication. We did send you an email regarding your order some time ago, as unfortunately a small number of orders were affected by a shipping issue. Could you please confirm whether you received or saw that email? It may also be worth checking your spam/junk folder just in case.
We contacted all customers whose orders were affected, including yours, with an update. We definitely don’t want you to feel like you’re being ignored or that your order won’t arrive.

This brand is a scam a copy of colescise which is a copy of another brand they dm’ed me saying give us a review on trust pilot and we will put you in a giveaway I don’t trust that because they aren’t even trustable the other comments on trust pilot were also being scammed by the same dm the whole social media page is ai they never show the quality of the products which mean they are droppshipping or they are bad quality

This review contains multiple false claims, so we need to correct the record.
ESSNTL is not a scam, and claiming that we are dropshipping or selling bad-quality products without ever purchasing, receiving, or inspecting anything from us is simply dishonest.
Yes, we have invited people to leave feedback on Trustpilot and offered giveaway entries as part of promotional campaigns. That does not mean people are being “scammed,” nor does it prove anything about our products. We also never told you that you had to invent an experience with our products.
The claim that our entire social media presence is AI is also false. We use AI and edited creative content in some of our marketing, just like many modern brands do, but that does not make the business, products, orders, or customers fake.
And saying we “never show the quality” and therefore must be dropshipping is pure speculation. Our products are manufactured for ESSNTL, we work directly on our designs and production, and we have fulfilled real customer orders.
You are completely entitled to dislike our marketing or decide not to purchase from us. But presenting assumptions such as “they are dropshipping,” “their products are bad quality,” and “the brand is a scam” as facts when you have no firsthand product or order experience is misleading.
We’re happy to respond to genuine criticism, but fabricated accusations are not genuine criticism.
