Excellent Service and product, well recommended.

A tasty refill bought for a present to take oversees. So easy collecting from Thirst Syndicate.

Couldn’t recommend enough, the experiences are excellent and the range of spirits are great.

We’ve made a few orders for Christmas presents and know people will love them!

Can highly recommend the cocktails at Thirst as well as the delicious orange gin I received as a gift. Definitely worth it and will return to Thirst again!

We had a fantastic informative tour. Zane shared his passion for his creative spirits. We tried 10 different delicious spirits on the tour. We would recommend this experience to anyone who enjoys spirits and the creative flavour s Essex spirits has to offer.

I love the gin-o-chello
Beautiful bottle
Gorgeous drink
Great delivery
A perfect experience from the ordering till the bottle was empty!
Highly recommend

The web site worked very well. Was able to pay from new zealand with nz credit card for a gift fir a UK resident.
Delivered I was kept up to date but not bombarded with emails everything the item moved an inch!

There are many great reasons to like living in my adopted home city of Chelmsford but being able to refill my bottle of Gin-o-cello is probably the best! I'm on my third refill (no judgement please) and was delighted to discover that, as well as taking my original glass bottle into Thirst Drinks Syndicate, a refill is now also available in a handy pouring pouch which can then be recycled. A company with a great environmental ethos, and superb products. I can sip on my favourite tipple, safe in the knowledge that I am saving money AND the environment, one gin at a time!!

It was a no brainer to order the rhubarb and vanilla gin as a present. V easy to order from the website and to arrange a Thirst Drinks Syndicate pick up. Cannot recommend enough.

Superb. Next day delivery on our favourite Gin!

A fascinating tour. Zane's personal account of how he built the business from his gran's garage as well as how he began creating and distilling, is well worth a visit. Plenty of drinks on hand give you a flavour of what he has to offer make this a very good value tour. I loved his focus on sustainability and local produce. The only criticism I have is that there is quite a lot of standing, but given the space he has, I can't see how he could overcome this. Nevertheless, great fun. I was very pleased to support this local business.

We had such a great afternoon - fun, informative and delicious spirits paired with perfect mixers.
Love the company ethos - Zane is an inspiring and engaging speaker - I recommend the experience

From ordering to delivery was well executed. Delivered very quick

I am a bit biased as I learnt about Zane and his team with all the good they do around sustainability and supporting local businesses and charity in Chelmsford and the greater Essex area. However, not as surprised as when wifey gave up a birthday gift to visit the distillery (with her) and sample the raw product. Fantastic and enlightening. DON'T drive there and have a SOUND LUNCH afterwards. 'Big Up!' to Zane from a fellow Hackney turned Essex 'Boy'....and my Dad (an older Hackney 'Boy') was absolutely over the moon with his 88th birthday gift. Many Thanks - Kevin & Vicky.

Amazing create your own spirit experience which we were lucky enough to have to ourselves as another group cancelled. Zane was interesting, friendly and knowledgeable. Can't recommend this highly enough!

We did a “Make Your Own Spirit” session. We received a warm welcome with a complimentary drink before having a tour of the distillery. We then had a gin tasting before we were set loose to create our very own bottle of gin. We had great fun during our visit, we were well looked after and each part of the experience was just the right duration. We particularly enjoyed creating our own gin from the many and varied ingredients available to us. A thoroughly enjoyable experience, thank you to Zane and the team.

Prompt on time delivery and great that I could refill my empty gin o cello bottle. This makes a great drink with prosecco and a lower alcohol one with sparkling water.

Went with friends as a gift to them. We had a really good time, the tour is very interesting, Zane knows his stuff and has good local sources for his flavours and ideas for keeping it fresh. We enjoyed several tastings and bought plenty! We will be back.

Attended the distillery talk and tour on Saturday, given by Matt who made it most interesting and informative. After a welcome drink then tasting of the latest gins rums and vodka, including a delightful Gin-o-Cello (which I will be refilling later today!) the methodology was fascinating to hear about and see, making all local, with quality and sustainable
