Ear to Ear
The appointment was for my mum who is in a Dimentia care home. I was unable to attend as the appointment was brought forward which wasn’t a problem as one of the carers was with mum.
The procedure was a success and apparently my mum was ok with it.

5 Star Treatment
I was seen by Mitch and we went through my hearing history. I was given an hearing test and he explained what the cause of my hearing loss was which had never been explained to me before and I have been wearing hearing aids for nearly 20 years. He also added an app to my phone so I am able to adjust my hearing aids when in different surroundings. It has made a massive difference especially when in noisy environments. I was extremely pleased with the treatment I received. And am very happy to recommend Essex Clear Ears 100%.

I was visited at home (residential care) and had been profoundly hard of hearing prior to the visit from Essex Clear Ears.
The service was excellent, very caring and attentive and communication with me was excellent.

Impressive consultation.
My initial reaction was that I was seen on schedule, the audiologist was welcoming, knowledgeable and very informative. The 'state of the art' equipment meant that I was able to see the process which resulted in a very succesful visit culminating in the removal of the cause of my hearing deficiency.
