Terrible company, my boyfriend ordered a package a month ago and we haven’t received anything. I tried to email them twice, write to their number and to their instagram but haven’t got any response.
I tried to request a refund but still haven’t heard anything.

I ordered the LOTR blanket - it wasn’t great quality for the price and took several weeks to arrive.

I bought the Calcifer lamp on December 15th 2024 and today is May 17th 2025 and nothing... COMPLETE SCAM. My money is lost

Scam, avoid at all costs! I ordered two (not cheap!) embroidered Christmas jumpers for myself and my husband and when they came the quality was awful. It was a cheap iron on sticker on a cheap almost see through jumper, the sizing was also all completely wrong. I emailed four times about a return and messaged the company on Facebook with no response. I then disputed the payment with my bank and Esserny refused the claim! This meant I had to go through a long process sending more evidence to the bank to show the quality didn’t match the description. I have only now three months later received my money back with still no communication with the company. Complete waste of time, don’t order.

I ordered two figures and only received one. I reached out to their support team and they were quick to reply that they’d send another one. A month passed and I didn’t have it still. I emailed for an update and didn’t get a reply. Another month passed and I emailed again asking for a refund and didn’t get a reply. I left a comment on one of their posts talking about my experience a week ago and didn’t get reached out to. So now I have to do this even though I hate leaving bad reviews. But nothing else gets results so here we are.

Scam do not order. Awful quality, the lamp comes with a rolled lampshade that you have to put together yourself and look very feebly. No answer when contacted 3 times about a return. Avoid at all costs. I will take it up with my bank.

Don't order from these. I wish I googled them first to check what others have said. Ordered a calcifer lamp for a Christmas present and haven't received it or had any help to resolve this and it's now February. Definitely avoid.

I was able to order the perfect size. The blanket is incredibly soft and warm, and looks great. Only critique is that shipping was slow, but worth the wait.

Ordered a Christmas jumper in November, when it arrived it was not as advertised, the material is cheap and online the pattern was added by way of embroidery but when the jumper arrived the pattern was ironed on with a plastic looking material. I have emailed numerous times and tried calling but have received no response to my request for a return and refund, despite the website stating they have a return policy. I have heard nothing.

Please god whatever you do, do NOT order from this website. I ordered the calcifer lamp as a Christmas present for my cousin and it eventually got delivered but it was not what I expected. The package was flat so I was immediately suspicious but gave them the benefit of the doubt. I thought "Maybe it's one of those things where you have to assemble it yourself?". I opened it and it was two ugly dark green ipad cases (I also don't own an ipad). That was the only package I was expecting and got the email confirmation saying that it was delivered so I knew it was from this website. If you're reading this and you saw the calcifer lamp from an ad on instagram, please please PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM ADS ON INSTAGRAM. Almost every single one I have ordered from have always been a scam. And if you do want to order something from an ad on instagram check trustpilot!!!! Another huge tell tale sign that a website is a scam is if they use shopify at the checkout. The checkouts will always look the same with the same layout because they always use shopify. EDIT: If you want this calcifer lamp still they sell on Amazon for $20 or less. On Esserny the total was $50.

My wife and I have been LOTR fans forever. When I first saw the add for the Middle Earth Blanket I knew she would love it. I intended it as an anniversary present and by chance it arrived New Year's Eve, which just happened to be our 9th wedding anniversary. She absolutely loves it. In fact, I just ordered a second Middle Earth Blanket for our guest room. It's a really high quality, beautiful piece of work. Couldn't be happier with it.

Incredibly misleading.
Despite ordering a couple of weeks prior to the holidays, this missed Christmas. Ok. No worries.
I ordered 2 blankets. Holy moly. They are SO SMALL. They're not even lap blankets, really. Not seeing what I paid 36.00 USD each for.
I think that the "testmonials" on FB and IG are bot-created, as there is no way anyone would be happy with this barely 2ft x 4ft "blanket".
Not happy at all.
Feel scammed. I almost didn't order. Should have listened to my gut.

after seeing this calcifer lamp on instagram sponsors, i thought it was a perfect gift for my friend who was a ghibli fan. it took ages for my package to be delivered (missed my friend’s birthday then), they didn’t give me a legit tracking number so i wasn’t able to really track its whereabouts and it didn’t even come in a box as advertised! do not order from here.

I placed my order on Nov. 25th. Today is January 3rd, and I still haven’t received anything. I messaged the company online, provided my email and order number, and apparently they “don’t have any order associated with this email or order number” but they sure charged my credit card! I’m assuming it’s never going to show and I’m disputing the charge with my bank. Don’t order from here!

Very deceptive advertising as the so-called blanket was no bigger than a dish towel.

Ordered a LoTR blanket, it took almost a month to arrive. Asked to exchange it for a bigger size, they've promised a replacement would be sent several weeks ago and I would get a tracking number. I've heard nothing from them since.

According to Companies House they were only set up on September 27th 2024 and their Director is a 24 year old living in Morocco.

I've raised a dispute with my card company to get my money back. Do not use these jokers.

This company is showcasing one quality and then send you a completely other item in a lower quality. I ordered a shirt where the pattern is clearly embroided on but when I recieved the shirt it was stamped on and blurry as well. Clearly not the same shirt. You also order from esserny, an english site and then they send it from Ali express. So they showcase a nicer shirt for them to them to do the worst kine of drop shipping and charge to you over prize for something that’s absolute garbage quality. Another thing is they send me a completely different color than what’s shown on the one I bought. I also never heard back from them with my complaint or to get a refund label. So just avoid this page if you you don’t want to get scamled.

Christmas jumper took weeks to arrive, from China I believe. The picture on the website shows that the image is stitched onto the jumper but it is printed and bad quality.

They don’t respond to emails, they don’t dispatch items for a while and the parcels can’t be tracked. Was meant to be delivered in 5-12 business days, it’s well beyond that and still no sign of the parcel. Ordered advent calendars in November, it is now 14 Dec with no sign of the delivery. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE
