The website itself is alright, but most of the reviews on this website are from people who only did 1 single review and i find it weird. The grammer from the workers are not great.

I placed an order with EssaySpike, to be delivered in 4 days. It was a lab report, and I paid for 1,375 words. I called the service to check if this included spss outputs, and they said that yes it did, I also asked if I should send the extra information to help the writer to a certain email, which they said yes and gave me the email, so I sent the extra information. The guidelines that I wrote in the order specified talking about validity and reliability, and including spss outputs.
I received the report back 4 hours earlier than expected which was great.. until I saw the report. The report was a 600 word report, which was not structured like a lab report at all, and it appeared that the writer didn’t read the instructions. The sections of a lab report should include an introduction, method (including participants, design elements, procedure, results and a discussion), there was an introduction, participants, design, procedure or complete discussion.
There was no mention of reliability and validity, and spss outputs were not included.

After being very disappointed with this, I contacted them and asked their writer to rewrite the report properly by an hour before my submission time, re-sent all the needed documents and trusted that everything would be fine. Whoops, that was a mistake.
The returned lab report had 1330 words, and just added in some validity/reliability definitions, and still did not include spss output. The instructions had clearly still not be read, as the report made no logical sense.

I emailed back demanding ANOTHER rewrite by the agreed upon time, and did not receive it. I wrote the report myself.
I’m now asking for a refund, and have been met with no answers/replies so far 13 hours after asking.

Don’t give this site your money, it’s not worth it.

Edit: after a few emails, I have firmly requested a 100% refund which has been assured will be given to me.
