При поиске брокера у меня возникает сто миллионов вопросов и сомнений. Ведь по факту от его качественной работы слишком много зависит в моем комфорте и результате, поэтому я могу несколько раз перечитать пользовательское соглашение, переспрашивать менеджера, чтобы словить его на какой-нибудь неточности и прочее. Кто то скажет что это занудство. А я скажу, что ценю свои деньги и хочу, чтобы они были в безопасности. Не буду подробно рассказывать, как именно проходило знакомство с Эспланейд, но менеджер выдержал все испытания, и я уже проверил терминал на все возможные тех нюансы, которые могут подвести и сам вывод. Слава богу все ок. Не могу сказать, что я «очарован» этой компанией, но не разочарован точно)) все очень и очень достойно, и это при том, что компания на рынке не один год, за такой срок все «успевают» испортить, а эти ничего, держатся))

The cons are absence of demo accounts and quite slow support (sometimes answer may take more than 2 hours). But their ultimate pros are a lot of assets, including crypto and fast money withdraw. In average it takes 1-2 days, but sometimes may be up to 3 days. Verification is required and takes 1 day while registering. As a result, I can say that conditions are very good and company is reliable.

I withdrew large amounts as well not only 3,000 euros and everything was fine, the withdrawal took even less than 3 days. I consider the review to be ordered by competitors who play unfair games.

I agree with the review. The company indeed pays any amounts. They can't even use the trader's money because the clients' funds are kept on segregated bank accounts. These funds are off-balance and can't be used by the broker for their own purposes.

If such situation really happened to you, you need to write to the online support and consult with them. You need to find out why the payment was declined. I trade with several times larger amounts than you and I have no problems with the withdrawal of 40,000 dollars. And you have troubles with 3,000. Don't spoil the reputation of a decent broker with your advertising.
