having waited three months for my shoes to arrive and been fobbed off at every point with excuses about shipments being delayed my shoes have arrived and to say they’re unwearable is an understatement. They are two sizes too small and the sole is completely bowed making them impossible to Walk In
I am now trying to get my money back, but they are asking for £35 to pay for postage back. I am so angry.

Returns are costly (undisclosed return fees) and slow.

Terrible shipping experience and customer service. I ordered two items and they only shipped one, and they never bothered to refund me. I returned the other pair for sizing purposes, and they also didn't refund me.
What an awful operation.

This company does not ship their products it takes months from placing an order to even getting a response from customer service ordered three months ago still no shoe. I see that the shipping label has been created. Nothing has shipped. No response. This company is a pyramid scheme. At this point, I’m highly convinced that when I do receive the shoes, they will be shit based on every other aspect of this experience.

I purchased a sale pair of shoes and was not informed they were not returnable. I wanted to return the shoes because they are advertised as leather but are actually made of fake leather. Don’t waste your money on these shoes but perhaps purchase a Brand X shoe which really are made of leather and by Mexican workers who share in the profits of the sale of their shoes.

They sent me the wrong shoes in a beat up box with weird, sloppy packaging. I was at first taken aback how different the color was from what I was expecting. Then I realized it was entirely the wrong shoe type (a subtle but obvious difference). I complained about getting the wrong shoe, and then suffered the slowest replies ever. Truly, I'd wait 1-2 weeks between each email. This took place over MONTHS. Then finally, they sent me a $15 invoice for return shipping for the wrong shoes, after previously telling me they'd send me a shipping label to switch out for the shoes I actually ordered. So now they want ME to pay for THEIR mistake? That's where I gave up trying to deal with them.
You might notice their website is very confusing and misleading as far as what shoe is what. Shoes overlap, and go missing altogether. They have weird names for each type of shoe, but those seem to overlap. They sort of tried to blame it on me but surprise -- I know how to use the Web Archive and took screenshots, too, to prove I received the wrong shoe.
I'll keep the shoes I didn't ordered since they do fit, but I'll leave this one star review because the Espiritu shoe company really "earned" it. Avoid.

This is my 2nd and LAST time ordering from this evil company. Not only do they charge a hefty re-stocking fee... the shoes I ordered were delayed by up to 5 MONTHS! They had the audacity to charge me a restocking fee...!!!!

Ordered a pair of shoes from this company online. The shoes were listed as “in stock”. No shipping notification for almost an entire month so I emailed several times and reached out via social media, finally they got back to me about my order, stating that they weren’t in stock due to a website error, but they would be in about a week. Several more weeks went by and still no shipment. Emailed several times again before hearing back, saying that they were in fact a preorder and never in stock and wouldn’t come in and be ready to ship for another month, but they could offer me a different style or a refund. I responded requesting a refund, and they have since stopped all communication, essentially stealing my money. Please avoid this company at all cost, they are dishonest, and the customer service is woeful.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - they will take your money, not send you what you ordered, and then they will ignore your emails and messages to their customer service

Right from the beginning, out tour specialist, Raquel worked tirelessly to provide an excellent itinerary that proved an exceptional experience for our group of five.

The hotels were unique, special and very comfortable. The location of the hotels were perfect.

The guides and drivers that were provided were excellent and added value to our trip.

Overall, I strongly recommend Raquel who has gone beyond her call to make our trip to Spain such a wonderful and memorable experience. Thank you so much Espiritu and Raquel.
