I've ordered a messenger bag on 21st of June. It's been over 2 months and still hasn't been delivered. Feel like I been scammed. Wouldn't recommend to anyone!

Replies rarely to messages. Says 7-9 days yet the order hasnt been shipped and its been 20 days. Dissapointed with service wouldnt recommend unless using next day delivery.

I’ve ordered off Esntls Club multiple times & they have never failed me. I’m super grateful for the work the team do and the effort that goes into everything behind the scenes. If you are anxious about ordering, don’t be. You will recieve your tracking and items. I have ordered stuff from the website and also asked for items to be sourced and I have always recieved them. I have been shopping with Esntls for YEARS now. He is the best seller around and I put everything on that. If you aren’t buying from them, your missing out unfortunately.

Ordered moncler maya, has been almost a month and nothing tried to contact them on instagram and snapchat but nothing, don’t fall for this scam

I ordered a hoody from here at the end of September and sent money the same day. The hoody still hasn’t arrived nearly a month later. I sent a WhatsApp to follow up on my order which has not been read and the email address doesn’t exist! There seems to be no way to contact them! Don’t buy from this online shop as it is not legitimate and you will not receive your goods!

Ordered a jacket and they helped me with getting the right size. Once it arrived it was better quality than expected and size was bang on 🔥

I ordered a jacket as a gift on 9th October.
Despite trying to contact the company re WhatsApp, voicemail and email, I still have no jacket and have heard nothing!

I'm only writing this because nobody is responding to my messages (WhatsApp, email, Instagram). If you guys are a legitimate company then you really should have a better customer service system. Originally ordered 05/10/22 (son's birthday present). I received half my order (trainers) on 12/13th October, however the other half (tracksuit) I have still not received. Tried contacting them several times finally received a reply 17/10/22 to say I'd be sent tracking details in 2-3 days. Today is 24/10/22 and I'm still waiting (Son's birthday end of this week). Not sure what to do as nobody is responding.

Ordered a coat for £150 at the beginning of August. It's never arrived and no communication. All emails and WhatsApp replied to

paid 150£ for a coat nearly 2 weeks ago and contacted from multiple devices to their listed WhatsApp number and insta page and message was not even opened or replied to. Now I don’t know what to do as money’s gone and can’t do refunds.

Ordered and paid £150 for a coat on 26th September, not received and not getting any response from emails I've sent or via the two contact numbers for WhatsApp, contacted on Instagram also and still no response

this company/clothes seller runs a business with only few people. expect long delivery (sometimes). ive purchased three times the wait is worthit trust me.
dont write bad reviews just because your unpatient

I have tried to contact you through both watsapp and insta as advertised on your website but have no response at all O/N 20647 placed 5/9/2022 when will I receive it? money taken from my bank but not even received an e-mail to say when to expect the item or its on its on its way dreadful communication
