Sono stato recentemente contattato da una persona che si è presentata come Charlotte, dichiarando di lavorare per l’ESMA. In quel momento ero già seguito da un avvocato a Roma per un’azione di recupero fondi relativa a una truffa subita in precedenza.

Questa persona mi ha convinto che il percorso intrapreso con l’avvocato fosse a sua volta una truffa, inducendomi ad abbandonarlo. Tuttavia, con il senno di poi, ho forti motivi per credere che la vera truffa sia stata proprio quella orchestrata da questa sedicente “Charlotte”, la quale mi ha soltanto fatto perdere tempo, denaro e ha compromesso un percorso che sembrava legittimo.

Sono molto provato dalla situazione e sto cercando di capire come muovermi per tutelarmi
