I purchased Eskooly Pro through 2Checkout expecting a complete educational management platform as advertised. Unfortunately, several key services were not delivered.

The branded Android and iOS apps have not been delivered. Modules advertised as included require additional payment. Some core features such as Excel export for attendance do not work.

The website advertises 24/7 support but responses are extremely slow or completely absent. After requesting a refund within their 14-day refund policy, they stopped responding entirely.

I have now opened a dispute with my bank and Visa. I strongly advise potential customers to be careful.

eSkooly helped us move toward a fully digital school environment. Student records are now secure, organized, and easy to retrieve. The system has improved transparency and accountability across departments.

Teachers in our school are very satisfied with eSkooly. It reduces paperwork and allows them to focus more on teaching. Managing classes, marking attendance, and reviewing student data is now quick and simple.

I was introduced to eSkooly through my child’s school, and I must say it has made things easier. Instead of relying on paper notices or delayed updates, information is available in one place. The system feels stable and trustworthy. It’s good to see schools in the UK using technology that actually works and improves transparency.

I am still requesting a solution or a full refund, and I hope Eskooly addresses this issue as soon as possible.
