Ordered a new hot tub cover hold down clip, good price and arrived in a couple of days, thank you.

The company was employed to shut down my hot tub and winterise it in December 2023. I booked the service for when I was available to see them do it but whoever took the booking failed to put it in the diary. I contacted them when they didn't arrive and was given another date when I was unfortunately not going to be present. I trusted that they would do the work as described on their website.
On 26th June 2024 I booked them to do a Rise and Shine to reinstate the hot tub. Craig their engineer on this occasion was fantastic, unfortunately he had to do twice the work he should have because the shut down had not been done properly. It looked as if all that had been done was the water emptied and three sheets of cling film wrapped around the tub. It was mouldy inside and the smell was disgusting. Craig spent the next three hours trying to clean the residue that had been left inside the tub and its pipes, reconnecting the Bluetooth which had been disconnected and getting the tub ready to use. The star grades are for Craig who is a star.
I contacted the company when Craig was here and was promised a phone call back before the end of the day. I am still waiting for the call back!!!!

I ordered a replacement filter for my hot tub from them. Having not heard from them regarding the delivery, I contacted them by email, they responded immediately and explained that they were having issues with the supplier but assured me they were expecting delivery by the end of the week. I received a delivery within two or three days and found that they had upgraded my order.
Very happy with the communication and customer service, will be using them again.

Able to deal directly with the owners via the phone should it be necessary. Owners and staff always helpful The annual service engineer was particularly helpful and gave us some very useful hints and tips about maintaining the hot tub.

Brilliant company, highly recommend. After service is great, always someone on the end of the phone and nothing is too much trouble, even going out their way to deliver an item I needed when I couldn't get to the show room. Great customer service.

He was very friendly and didn't mind me asking questions and he gave reassuring answers.
Was even friendly to my puppy.
