Escape Fitness Omdömen

I purchased the flex mat and I was sliding all over the mat. It’s a good mat if you wear non slip gloves and sneakers. I emailed the company for a return label and they replied that they have a no return policy. I said you advertised your flex mat to be non slip and it’s anything but. So now I’m stuck with a mat that I can’t use. I want my money back I’m so pissed. They had a sales rep that texted me back and forth he never once told me there’s a no return policy.

Excellent service, helpful staff, and arrived when they said it would, i would recommend the wolfman store every time

Amazing high quality bands comes with a little bag so you can keep them in your gym bag! Would definitely buy off the brand again and great service with fast and cheap postage!

I am a personal trainer and have used Escape Fitness in the gyms for over 10yrs. Last year I setup a home gym and order all my equipment from Escape Fitness & Justine has been absolutely fantastic in putting packages of products together for me. The quality of the products is outstanding. Wonderful customer service - I would highly recommend. And over the last one year I have managed to convince over Ten clients to buy home equipment from Escape Fitness and they are very satisfied the quality of the products.

I could not speak highly enough of Escape Fitness. Justine has been absolutely fantastic in putting packages of products together for me. The quality of the products is outstanding. Wonderful customer service - I would highly recommend.

I have worked with Escape previously in commercial gyms and recently setting up a new gym and studio space. My contact there has been Justine and I can not speak highly enough of how great she is to work with and how easy she makes the process of purchasing and arranging delivery of equipment. Her customer care and level of service is exceptional and will continue to keep us returning for future purchases.

Great customer care throughout, listened to our needs and the experience we wanted to create for our users. Products are excellent as you would expect and although we had to wait for the equipment due to delays in shipping we were kept informed throughout the process. Thank you

Great personal customer service from Rachel when placing my order, and delighted with the quality of fitness equipment (e.g. 20kg Corebag) after a couple of months usage now.

Working at a college I am asked to source some specialist equipment. Rachel from Escape Fitness was an absolute star, she helped me source all my equipment and was extremely helpful going back and forth to ensure that all the spec was meet. She made my jobs soo much easier and I did not have to chase her once, she did all the chasing for me!
I would defiantly recommend this company for their excellent service not just customer service but also the products arrived timely and it definitely impressed my boss with the personalization kit also.

Rachael was superb at mocking up the look of the equipment, suggesting changes and creating my perfect environment. She managed the process perfectly from quote to after-install and I couldn’t be happier with the quality and finish of the product.

Excellent service throughout. Justine was amazing and so so helpful.
I ordered the full range of dumbbells, kettlebells, racks, medicine balls, flooring and much more.
Thanks again Escape Fitness for a great service and prompt delivery to the Isle of Man.

From the product quality to the customer service, Escape are a great company. I will continue to buy from them and recommend them to everyone i know who needs good fitness kit.

Placed my order with Escape for some items for my home gym. Specifically yoga mat, block and strap. The range to choose from was excellent and the purchasing process easy. I even had a follow up call from Rachael at Escape to check I was happy with the process and to let me know when the order was coming. Arrived fast and well packaged. All as described. Highly recommend.

I ordered a some dumbells in a variety of weights and found Escape easy to deal with on the phone, they dealt with my order really well, it was an easy transaction and delivered on time.

Thank you escape 💪🏼✌🏼

Very impressed with Escape fitness. Had come across their equipment at my local Fitness First gym. I wasn’t aware of this however, until I was told about this from a competitor.
I reached out to them and Rachel help me put together an order for a home gym. I have since placed additional orders and very happy with the quality of a equipment.
Good quality and would definitely recommend

Since Lockdown last year I have purchased a lot of equipment from Escape and have always been impressed with both the quality of Product and Service , most recently I was dealt with by Justine who was very helpful and knowledgable . She clearly has a passion for what she does and believes in the company she works for , this coupled with the fantastic quality of the product is a formula that works and means that there is only one company that I go to for any gym requirements and that’s Escape

I have bought lots of equipment from Escape Fitness over the years and as always, the quality of the equipment is exceptional. The service l have had, has always been excellent and Rachael in the sales team has been brilliant. If you want quality and service, go no further. Recommend to all.
