The modules were easy to follow and understand. Found it difficult to stay engaged though. Quizzes were well thought out and not difficult to comprehend.

Lors du questionnaire (quiz) vous demandez quelle sont les meilleurs conditions pour déplacer un échafaud. Dans les réponses, vous dites que les roues doivent être barrées ??? Si les roues sont barrées, elle ne peut être déplacé sécuritairement.

The web page is very straight forward not complicated. The training module is designed to be understood by the students/enrollees in a manner that it is easy to comprehend and again what is essential and important details only.

Be careful. Read their refund policy before enrolling. They won’t refund you if you make an OVBUS mistake, or if the people you were working with leave and you don’t have anyone else to take the course.

I like the ease of use your website and modules allow.

I dislike that it doesn’t quite fit nicely to screen size on a mobile device.

Easy to follow, thorough instruction.

Elevating Work Platforms course had very little, next to zero information on how to actually operate a MEWP. There was some safety information for surrounding area items but next to nothing in the operators end of it. The course should include driving situations, angles in which the equipment can perform in etc

This was a terrible experience. The training videos were choppy, forcing me to fast-forward through them, and the service was extremely poor. The refund process was convoluted and the refund terms were very harsh, with no action taken to fulfill them.

I found the online training easy to follow and the tutorial very helpful to assist me in fully understanding the content of the course.

The information was presented in an easy to understand way. A real voice over would be beneficial as the current narration has various pronunciations for certain words.

There were a few errors in the slides. Some were minor spelling errors, but others were issues where the 'button' to view additional information that should have presented over the top of the slide information. It could have been a glitch but it seemed to read two slides at once and overlay the two bits of information in a way where nothing was visible.

I found the experience useful by making my driving safe and improved. It is important to remind the basic elements of the driving we usually forget.
We need this training regularly as it is planned after every 2 years.

I found this course informative, relevant and well equipped to both educate and refresh people who deal with any form of customer service.
