I was nervous about completing all the steps, but was always in good hands. Everyone clearly communicated what needed done and expectations. I'm so happy I found ESA Doctors! My therapist is great but she wasn't interested in writing me a note so that my dog could be my ESA. When I moved to Cali, I had to fly with my dog on Southwest and since she is a golden retriever, she was over the weight limit. I didn't want to put her in the cargo hold so when I found ESA Doctors through this review site, I was so relieved. Worked with a therapist who emailed me to set up a call and within a few days I had my ESA letter. I couldn't live without my dog... would recommend to anyone who needs this service... so now I am writing a review too in case it can help someone else.

These guys are fantastic, you can tell they really care, customer service was spot on. WATCH OUT FOR SCAMS ONLNE! Was hesitant to use them because their prices are a bit higher than others, but was worth the peace of mind when I got my dog on a flight with no problem. My landlord had some follow up and my therapist and esa doctors were super on top of it. Normally don’t post reviews but these guys went above and beyond for me. A++

Can’t thank the awesome team at ESA Doctors enough, my new apartment complex had a no-pets policy and I needed an ESA letter for my best friend Maximus who helps me cope with anxiety and panic attacks. I was nervous about the process at first but it was super easy and convenient, I was given an assessment by a professional and had my ESA letter in no time.
