Erg Cs Omdömen

We decided to use ERG as we were having our roof re-tiled and fascia replaced and our full house Roughcasted and rendered we also wanted new window sills.
After searching different companies, and after reading these guys reviews we knew we’d made the right choice.
Marco and his team where fantastic from start to finish and the girls Natalie and Jody kept us updated with everything from delivery of material s to completion of the job.
We are absolutely delighted with the work the guys have done and have already passed their name onto other clients.
Again we can’t thank them enough for the amazing job they have done.

I’ve been working at ERG in Coatbridge for many years now, and I can genuinely say it’s one of the best places I’ve ever worked. As a manager, I feel not only trusted and empowered but also constantly supported in my professional development.

ERG offers a people-focused environment — where both employees and customers truly matter. I’m lucky to work with a team full of passionate, dedicated, and knowledgeable individuals. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to learn and grow together.

What I value most at ERG is the openness to new ideas, the positive and supportive atmosphere, and the company’s genuine care for its people. It’s a place where you don’t just work — you thrive.

I can wholeheartedly recommend ERG to anyone — whether you're looking for a great employer or a reliable business partner.

Firstly, I’d say from start to finish from the initial quote by Mark to the outstanding finish performed by the crew what a job, it has transformed my house. The team that carried out the work were incredible hard-working ,meticulous, and couldn’t be more polite. They cleared up every night and you wouldn’t know that they were here. If you want this type of work doing I would choose ERG for a stressless experience.
Given them five stars on trust pilot doesn’t tell the whole story and I’m pleased to say that there are companies out there that still do a complete job.

Absolutely blown away with the service from ERG. From the start to speaking to the staff over the phone to the site visit. Very very happy with everything that has been done and would happily use ERG again. Thanks guys. 10 stars from us.

EWI work completed as promised with all due diligence. To a high standard and with attention to detail. All workers were absolute gentlemen with lovely and helpful attitudes, this was much appreciated.

Ours was a complex project involving new roofing and external insulation and render on a large 1960’s detached house. The project also included full replacement windows and sliding doors (21 no.), alterations to roof structure, alterations to window openings including 2 new window locations, internal structural alterations to remove a wall and internal plaster repairs, joiner work at windows and skim coating.
ERG were excellent to deal with when agreeing scope and costs, attended site continuously to push forward the agreed programme, and all operatives were highly skilled and very hard working. A project of this scale on an existing building will throw up some problem areas such as localised timber rot or availability of some materials. With the help of the experienced operatives on site we were always able to agree solutions, often with local mock up of details, and quickly move on without budget issues.
A very large project, quickly executed and on budget.

The company was recommenrded to me by a near neighbour and after trying for two years to get someone to render my chimney, I thought "nothing to lose" from my intial chat to Mariusz to the scaffoldrs then the rendering crew and job done I WOW! they were great ! AND cleaned up afterward ! 5 Star MEN and 5 Star Price

Started a few days earlier than expected and WOW what a team! Old end terrace house fully re roofed and new rough casting all completed within a week

A few weeks ago, Scotland was hit by an extremely bad storm, causing major damage across the country. Unfortunately, my gable end roughcasting was also badly affected. After doing my research and getting multiple quotes, ERG Central Scotland LTD stood out from the rest—and I’m so glad I chose them!

Why ERG Were Absolutely Amazing:

✅ Jody & Nat – Incredible Customer Service
• Both were brilliant, answering every single question I had before, during, and after the installation.
• Communication was top-notch—emails, phone calls, and even text messages out of hours to assist me.

✅ Fair Pricing & Budget-Friendly
• I received multiple quotes, and ERG not only offered the best price but also provided the best service and quality.
• They worked with my budget, making the process stress-free.

✅ Flawless Workmanship – Wow, Just Wow!
• ERG sent a team of four. Absolute Grafters! who worked non-stop to strip off the old roughcast and replace it all in a single day!
• The team worked until 8 PM to ensure the job was done right—true professionals.
• They even returned a few days later to double-check everything and apply finishing touches.

✅ 10/10 Experience – Couldn’t Fault Them One Bit!
• If I could give 10 stars, I would!
• Professional, friendly, hardworking, and customer-focused.

ERG exceeded all expectations, and I’ll definitely be using them again for future work on my property. Highly, highly recommend!

Great company to deal with, from start to finish. From day one asking for a quote to getting the Job complete Marc, Nat and Jodi were fantastic to deal with, very personable and professional. My house was a big job with the whole building being re-rendered. It's an old house so needed a lot of prep and the guys came exactly when they said they would, did the job really well and tidied up after themselves. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for rendering or roughcast.

I would definitely recommend ERG for a friendly, efficient and professional service. We are delighted with the finish and the quality of the roughcasting on our gable end and the cleanup was fantastic. Thanks to everyone on the team.

Comprehensive survey carried out by Marc and everything he had said at the time was completed by a competent and conscientious squad of workers
Natalie and Jody made it a seamless and stress free experience, well done everyone

At short notice the Company fitted our job in.
after 3 days rough casting was completed.
The company are very efficient and would definitely recommend them.
Also returned to do smaĺ snagging jobs and a good clean up after they were finished.

The team at ERG were excellent with all clearly explained from visiting and estimating, choices of product, pricing and what we could expect from start to finish keeping us informed throughout. The render job looks great and the team clean up after was spot on. Thank you.

I found the team at ERG great to work with. Everything was clearly explained from start to finish. The job itself looks fantastic and the clean up after was also very well done.

I would agree with previous review regarding the new roof on the 6 tenent block of flats .
ERG were totally professional in their communication with us and were easy to get hold of.
We had researched other roofers and ERG won our vote 😅
We were shown numerous pictures of the roof during the process. The workers onsite were great too and very polite and always tidied up after they finished.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to friends and family 👏

Our 6 tenant flat needed a new roof and a patch up of roughcasting that had came off our building.

I contacted ERG on behalf of this and Natalie and Jody were both very helpful, professional and accommodating; both were also very easy to get a hold of. They arranged for Marc to come out and provide us with a quote, which he did. I had researched various other roofing companies and ERGs quote was competitive and fair for the job they provided.

The roof work commenced after a few weeks, the builders were professional completing the work in just over a week, given several roofers were on this project.

The roughcast was also patched up during this time and ERG replaced a downpipe previously causing issues for free.

I asked Marc for a walkround after the work was complete which he was happy to do. Any queries identified after this were sorted by Marc efficiently. Marc was easy to get a hold of and keen to help with any queries from myself or other tenants.

I definitely would recommend ERG- great work!

We are delighted with the work ERG have done for us. I live in Spain but from the pictures I have seen the house looks awesome. It was only 15 days ago that I booted the cowboys into touch and got ERG on board. You guys really have pulled out the stops. What a professional company. Marc was in contact daily. I can’t thank you enough. 15 days ago I thought I was heading for a divorce 🤣 as it was my fault in getting the cowboys onboard. “If Calsberg did rendering they would be called ERG”

The rough casting on our house was peeling off so we got some quotes to re render. My husband decided to go with the cheapest which was a big mistake as they took a large chunk of cash and just caused chaos & stress. They took almost 4 weeks to hack off some of the old rough casting and then left us!! Luckily Mark & ERG who had originally priced the job took over. They arrived on site early and worked till late. They were organised, professional and totally amazing. They have done such an amazing job which we are delighted with. There were sometimes 8 men on site working from 8am- 7pm, and were meticulous. Mark was always on hand to answer any questions and explaining the process as we went along. The men cleared up all the mess after too ( the previous company had left so much debris lying around). ERG finished the project within 10 days and we are so happy with the quality of work. I can honestly say ERG are amazing. I will recommend them to all my friends. Mark is so knowledgeable and a really lovely man and a pleasure to work with.

ERG have restored our 1960s modernist house back to its former glory. They applied a 20mm insulation board and acrylic render system and the results are stunning. We could not be more happy with the work and the whole journey with Marc and his team was genuinely faultless (how often can you say that in this day and age!). The work was carried out in the time frame given. Marc’s team were punctual, industrious, conscientious, tidy and their attention to detail was second to none. Great comms with the back office team and Marc was onsite whenever needed and inspired confidence with his knowledge and experience. So nice to employ people who take pride in their craft and still believe in the good ‘old fashioned’ values of customer service. Not the cheapest quote (why would you) but worth every penny. Would highly recommend. Thanks ERG
