E.R.E Property  Omdömen

Jade Field has recently taken over our account and has been excellent. Very responsive and practical. makes our life much easier!

Great End to End Service
ERE helped me every step of the way when it came to investing, managing then selling property in Birmingham. They found the property, put me in touch with a solicitor and helped push the purchase through. After that they managed it for a few years while I got an income from it before helping me sell just recently.

We were persuaded to buy an apartment from Robert Medd when he was involved in a forerunner to ERE called Emerging Real Estates in 2005 in a ski resort in Bulgaria.
He was certainly a plausible salesman and we fell for the patter hook, line and sinker.
We paid 100,000 euros for a 2 bed apartment + various ancillary costs and expenditure totalling a further 15000 euros. We were promised, NO guaranteed, a yield of 7/8% pa from rentals.
In the event we were lucky to get rental income of 300 euros per month for a maximum of 3/4 months pa which didn't even cover the maintenance fees and expenses.
The capital growth has been stunning. We have just sold the apartment now for 47,000 euros which will reduce to 44,000 euros after deduction of the sale costs etc.
What a wonderful investment!!
I see that he and the company now seem to have given up with properties abroad and are now selling in the UK.
From my bitter experience I would advise extreme caution. These people would sell sand to the Arabs but speak with forked tongue.
Beware big time and don't be fooled by the smooth patter.

I've had quite a few questions regarding moving into the Downtown building in Manchester & Jade has honestly been beyond helpful with answering them. She's contacted the previous tenants about any current Internet providers, arranging new mirrors being implemented into the bathrooms etc.. Allowing me to get all set up prior to moving in!

Would just like to say a huge thank you to Jade for all her help, making the move in easy and seamless 😊

ERE had this influx of fresh energy after the UK Gov finally allowed us to evict a non-paying tenant who was by law protected due to Covid regulations.
A new fully vetted tenant was found and the refurb was quick and affordable.
Thank you Megan Grayston and Kristian McClory

Sharon Barlow and Robert Medd have been of great support providing us all the information readily and whenever we have asked for clarifications on the property. With some very useful update videos and detailed e-mails and WhatsApp communications, we were made to feel they were always there to give us sound advice on every aspect of the projects and made it feel very personalised. We wish the very best for Sharon & Robert.

I’m renting a flat in Sheff and I’ve been working with Megan. She’s been lovely, and very efficient in getting things sorted and set up. I hope I continue to work well with her!

Jades helped with everything in our house and been amazing from start to finish, thanks for everything!

A dedicated property services that puts their clients and tenants first.

I have recently used ERE to purchase a property and everyone has been extremely helpful!!
James Kettle was lovely and really helpful answering all our questions to make the correct decision.
Sharon Barlow then took over and guided us through our process till exchange of contracts. She was extremely helpful and always ready to answer about doubts.
Thank you so much 😊

Overall a great experience with Robert and team!

Sharon was on hand throughout the post reservation process to contract exchange, and was extremely helpful in providing timely updates and following up with the various stakeholders! Certainly made a huge difference to the experience. Thanks again Sharon!

And thanks Robert and team for all your efforts also, including arranging a tour at very short notice, very much appreciated.

Prudence Farhadi has been a great help ensuring everything is running smoothly with the tenants. Keep it up & best of Luck.

Prudence has been very helpful in supporting me with Tenant issues. She has been proactive in notifying me of any payment arrears and has been chasing behind the scenes. She has done a great job!

Without a doubt the best thing about ERE PROPERTY is Prudence.

From the moment we arrived at the rented flat we encountered a lot of problems.

Prudence has always done her part and helped us to solve them all.

She is very quick to respond to messages, attentive and professional.

She always makes sure that everything is right and done in the right way.

Prudence is a hard worker and if it wasn't for her I would not have continued renting the flat.

She gave me confidence and security to know that if something happens she will always help us to solve it.

Thank you so much Prudence for your great work.

Megan is highly responsive and very helpful. She is able to communicate clearly and use illustrations to structure her message. She is a valuable employee.

Sharon is fantastic! She follows up on every step making sure all loose ends are tied timely. She’ll advise me any information I may have missed; both for understanding the process to providing the legal group. She’ll take extra steps working with the legal team and/or master agent as needed.

Rob sold me a good property in Leeds, it's worked out well - value has gone up, so has rent!

A very good overseas purchasing experience that I have never had! Big thanks to Sharon Barlow who has been working 24x7 and extremely responsive to my enquiries. Whenever I got a problem, she is so supportive to help.

Also thanks Robert for his patience and guidance so that I can understand the properties better, and Samantha's help for arranging my ERE account and transfer.
