Our delivery was amazing, we paid for express and it came right at the beginning of the delivery timescale window.

Ordered 5 folding trestle tables for m hire compnay which arrived the next day. Good quality and great price. So much so, I ordered another 5!

Easy to order on-line company delivered very quickly and goods as they were described.

Happy with the purchase of a small under the counter fridge with ice box for our works kitchen.

I will not order from Eracco again. Not because they made a mistake but because they refuse to acknowledge they got something wrong. All of the below is supported by emails from Eracco and further evidence which I am ok to share.

May, this year I ordered  5 tables with  'Order on it's way' emailed later that day. Delivery to our reception desk address.

From previous orders, delivery is within 1 - 2 days so I advised our reception to expect the order. After 6 days of nothing, I checked the tracking, and tables had been delivered. Reception had received nothing.
I contacted Eracco and they sent a photo of POD - the photos were not anywhere at the delivery address - it was a metal building and not our reception. Our 4 sites are large on 4 roads. I checked and found that they had been delivered to a different address (a depot) and Eracco had not put my name on the delivery. The depot  did not expect this delivery, no name to contact and so the tables were moved to storage. It took several days speaking to colleagues and I only located 3 tables, two were missing. This wouldn't have happened if the delivery had gone to the correct site at the correct address, or with my name in the delivery - I would have been notified.

The person at Eracco insisted (via email that the order was delivered to the correct address on the paperwork however the photo and the evidence from colleagues clearly showed that the order had been delivered via a different entrance on a different road that does not reach the same site as reception.Eracco then sent a GPS image showing that the order was delivered to the correct address - the two pin drops are close but not exact - they are each reached only by different roads and there is no vehicular access between the two -  they are different addresses.

Eracco are adamant that the delivery address is the same as the address on the order even though nothing quite matches up. The order was not delivered to the correct address, items from the order have gone missing . Not of the above would have happened if the order was delivered as was on the original order to where it was expected to. i have ordered from Erraco before successfully which proves that they can deliver to the correct address.
I have left this review this long to try and find the missing items but have now given up. Eracco are not prepared to take any further interest as they believe they are right; Eraco have never been to the site yet they advise as if they are experts.

What is more frustrating is that these tables were purchased via a charitable grant to support a community project. They were delivered to my place of work as it's the only way I can get them. With items missing, we are replacing the missing tables from our own funds. If anyone wishes to see any of the above communications, evidence of emails and/or  the grant application, I will happily share.

I will not order from Eracco in future.

I was very happy with my experience of Eracco, my order came the next day in perfect condition and was reasonably priced, I will definitely use them again.

All process were excellent. Easy to buy and delivery in time. I´ll buy again with Eracco.

From ordering to delivery Eracco gave first class service. The ordering process was straight forward and the price of the chairs good. I ordered in the afternoon and received my goods well packaged the following day. It's nice in this day and age to find a firm that treats the customer with consideration. Thank-you

From order to delivery was great service ordered mid pm arrived mid morning next day.

No issues. Relatively speedy delivery, just a couple of days, for ten bags of salt. Arrived on a pallet, but courier helped me break it down, and was happy to take the pallet back with him, for which I had no use.

It arrived on time and just what i expected.

Small fridge works well and is very good value. Kept informed by company about delivery timing.

Great quality products, all at a great price and delivered within 18 hours (placed my order at 14:55 and it got delivered the next morning at 8am).
