I just got my items in the mail and I am more than pleased with what I got! The items look and fit EXACTLY how they look online! Ive only had my hat on for about 2 hours now, and ive gotten like 5 compliments!

I also am extremely pleased with their customer service! I made a mistake on my end and had my items shipped to my old PO Box. I called in to speak with a team member and got a guy (cant remember his name), who was so pleasant, understanding, and accommodating, which put me at ease.

Not only did he correct MY mistake, he sent the items as soon as he got them back to the warehouse! I cant thank you enough for going above and beyond for me. I'll be ordering again! 🙏🏽♥️

Online reviews are clearly a lie. Placed an order, and still have yet to receive package, and is looking like they are refusing to refund. THIS COMPANY IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED, ITEMS DONT ARRIVE, AND THEY ARE NOT COOPERATIVE, WEB SITE IS COMPLETELY FALSE WHEN IT DETAIL'S DELIVERY. THIS COMPANY Has SCAMMED ME.

Shipping takes forever, refund takes two month you don’t get all your money back and for you to get some money back you have email 20 times is not worth it

Ordered leggings for a bday present. A month later I check in, they say the order was lost. Place another order, which in turn gets lost again. No offer to compensate for the trouble, although I did get a refund. Horrible company. Would NEVER order from them again.

First, they sent the wrong items, gave me an e-gift card to purchase the correct item on 10/28/21. I did as they instructed and still no sign of my my order, I will be notifying my bank to today.

Ordered booty scrunch leggings and recieved wrong leggings with some pockets all over!
Tried to contact them,they do not respond!!
Opened paypal claim ,they offered refund if I PAY FOR SHIPPING COST AND SEND THEM LEGGINGS BACK TO CANADA from usa.

Absolutely downright horrible!! Ordered these pants in a 3xl but what I got was definitely NOT a 3xl! We spend our hard earned money on total garbage, FALSE ADVERTISING and not even a decent product. $30, are you friggin kidding me!! I wished I had read all these reviews before ordering, wouldn't have wasted my time, money nor energy! Will never order with this scamming company again!!

Worst , I ordered a pair of Leggins and they sent me a pair that was so small it won’t even go on me when you look on the inside of the Leggins there’s not even a size that’s written on the tag because there’s no tagging them so when they emailed me I said show me a pair that’s gonna fit me give me an extra large they’re telling me I got to send the other ones back you know what don’t ever order from this company they are the horrible!!!$30 down the drain

Horrible customer service. When I didn’t receive my order for a month, I emailed them they said that they can either refund me or reship the items. They did not offer anything for my inconvenience like a discount or express shipping. Now I have to wait at least another two weeks if they come at all.

Absolutely horrible customer service and inconsistent quality. I ordered 3 pairs of the same paints, 2 in black and 1 in grey. The black ones fit great and I love them. The grey pair were so tight I thought they might split apart. I have had a dozen back and forth conversations with “May” from customer service who refuses to understand my emails and will not provide an exchange or refund despite my sending numerous photos upon request. They do not stand by their guarantee for the right fit. Expect to pay for another pair in order to attempt to get the right size. This company is a joke.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I ordered 2 pairs of the pocket pants and was sent 2 tops instead. I've reached out to them 4 times as to how to return them and they reply telling me to track my package as if I never received the order. They do not have a PHONE # you can only contact them via email which I have not received a reply regarding my issue, Reported them to BBB, Now I'm stuck with 2 items I don't want!! because I cant get anyone to address my issue to return them!

Extremely disappointed! Ordered 4 items; their newest legging sets. Items were ordered on 3/29/21 and it just arrived today 5/7/21. Not only did the order take over 1.5 months to arrive, the items do not fit. I typically wear and buy my apparel in a size US 9/10 or US11/12 so, I ordered all the Era Athletica items a size XL. These items are not x-large size at all, they are mislabeled and must be a size M/L. Ridiculous business management and bad apparel.

ZERO stars. LOL it's comical at this point. I waited 3 months for these pants. When they arrived, I immediately opened them to find a cheap pair of Medium sized leggings that looked like they could fit a 10 year old girl. I am a 32 year old woman who weighs 135lbs. They will go in the trash, not even worthy of Goodwill. Thanks for the garbage Era Athletica! I wonder who they steal their modeled pictured from?

I received my leggings 31 days ago. I have worn them 3 times. On the 3rd time, I bent over to reach for something and I heard a rip. The rip was right on the seam in the butt area. Obviously I can no longer wear them, but I am absolutely shocked that they only lasted 2 wears. Unfortunately, the company has a 30 day refund policy and they are not going to help me out at all. I would not buy these again due to what happened to mine after only 2 wears.

I ordered a pair of leggings 3 weeks ago and finally received them today. Even though they shipped from just 2 states away. These are the worst fitting and quality of leggings I've ever purchased online. There's no way I would ever even attempt to wear these to the gym, the waist is too low and has no way of staying up with just a small band of elastic in waist band that isn't even sewn in place. Bending over or doing one squat and they're already sliding down. It seems awful shady they have good reviews on their website, then when search for actual reviews of the company you find the truth. Sorry I even purchased one pair!

My order took over a month to arrive. Communication with company is non-existent. Ordered 3 items in large & none of them fit. However, they all fit my daughter who is 5'10 & a size 6. Disappointed in this company. Will not recommend & definitely will NOT buy from Era Athletica again.

Horrible website, horrible customer service. It took me 40 days to receive my item and I didn't get what I ordered. When I tried to return it, they refused to give my money back. Just horrible all around

Not only did it take nearly a month for it to arrive, alongside that it took 2 weeks for someone to even respond when I'm asking for follow up.
but when it finally does arrive its scribbled all over?! How is this acceptable?! I literally got leggings with permanent marker scribbled on them!!! I PAID EXTRA MONEY FOR "PRIORITY SHIPPING". DEFINITELY NOT PRIORITY, and I get a kids drawing book instead of pants apparently!
My experience other than buying these item has been the absolute worst amongst any companies I've ordered through before.

Their 24/7 customer service! Ordered 2 weeks ago and shipping label was created and never shipped!! No response from customer service on the many emails. I don’t care if these leggings give me a j lo booty. It’s not worth the hassle and money and a gamble if you get them or not. Move on don’t be fooled by their marketing schemes!!

I order from this company back in Feb for the first time. It took a month for me to get the leggings, my size medium it seem to fit a 5 year old. I was pissed. They said they will give me a credit on the amount a paid and send me two more, it was been 11 days already and nothing. They lied , they said they are based in California and it is not true. HORRIBLE COMPANY
