It's not just a case of poor customer service, there is NO customer service! Impossible to communicate as no phone number and emails go unanswered. They take your money and ignore you. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Paid for but goods never dispatched

I purchased an expensive item (PIVO) over 3 weeks ago, yet to receive it. My account shows it as being processed. I have now emailed 5 times, messaged via web twice, asked for callback. There is no response. They have my money. They will not refund me. Do not trust this company.

I ordered a universal bit on the 3rd of…

I ordered a universal bit on the 3rd of August, I’ve not received it, I didn't have a confirmation email, and I’ve emailed twice which I’ve had no reply to. I think it’s an awful way to run a business!! My poor daughter is in desperate need for it for her strong horse that she is loosing confidence on. Please can I now just have refund and I will purchase it elsewhere.

Jodhpurs never arrived …

Ordered two pairs of jodhpurs on 29th July. Not even dispatched yet which has massively disappointed my daughters who needed them for pony camp. No replies to emails, no phone number. I just want a refund now. Terrible customer service, I will never order from them again.

Avoid!

Still waiting for a ragwort fork that hasn't even been dispatched according to both the website and the tracking app (that the website pushes you to download. I didn't actually want another app cluttering up my phone but wanted to know where my order was!)

I have a feeling that this company takes orders for stock that they don't have. AVOID!!!!!

If you do order from them, please use Paypal so you can get your money back easily. I don't think this company will be around for much longer.

Buyer beware

Ordered 2x lightweight rugs in May, Equus happy to take the money but never deliver the goods. More stories than JK Rowling,after waiting until the end of June with no sight of the rugs we asked for a refund. Guess what 1st August still no refund. Standard "we are sorry' email comes every couple of weeks with another sob story. Got my bank involved now. Buyer beware with this shambles, clearly in trouble.

Poor poor communication

Have made 3 orders:
1st - I have received 1 of 4 jodhpurs. I realised they are the wrong size so emailed asking to exchange AND change the sizes on the other items - No reply
2nd - Ordered a helmet and silk - No update
3rd - Order a jumping back protector - No update

My horse and I adored this company but the way it’s going I am so very sad and disappointed.

Ordered 9th July

Ordered 9th July , a bridle and a rug. Rug arrived within a few days, bridle hasn't even been dispatched, I've emailed 6 times. Not 1 reply. Ordered reins to match on 15th they arrived 17th, however no good without the bridle. Why allow someone to order an item if it's clearly not in stock and not being transparent with issue or expected delivery date.

Disappointing

Poor customer service

My daughter, who is 14, ordered a riding crop with her own birthday money. The crop was broken when it arrived so she sent an email explaining what had happened with photographs, she heard nothing. I then filled out a form on their website and still we have had no reply. Even if they don’t want to refund or replace the item a simple acknowledgment or reply would be polite.

My purchase took over 5 weeks and…

My purchase took over 5 weeks and numerous emails to customer services, to finally get delivered. On arrival I found the item to be damaged in two places!! Several emails to Equus with photographic evidence of damage and request for refund/replacement has met with complete silence. This really is a dreadful company with appalling customer service.
