Nada fiable para que te paguen. Tengo 3 cuentas de 10k con ellos. Los primeros retiros si que me los pagaron pero el 6 de Agosto solicité un retiro y me lo han rechazado. Supuestamente he operado en una noticia, lo cual es imposible porque me cuido mucho de no operar con ellos el día que hay noticias porque ya me echaron para atrás un challenge entero pasadas las dos fases por este motivo. Les he dicho que me den la prueba de cuando metí el trade y en qué noticia y me han dicho que me dirían en dos días laborales y llevo ya una semana esperando y no me han dado respuesta.
Ayer solicité otros dos retiros que además no me dejaron solicitarlos hace 15 días porque estaban haciendo pruebas de mantenimiento y me tuve que demorar hasta ayer 14 de Agosto y hoy ya me aparece uno de ellos rechazado y el otro aún sin confirmar. A ver ahora si también he operado noticias o qué motivo me dan, porque pruebas no tienen.
Ya había oído que no es una empresa fiable para pagar y ya me está ocurriendo a mí también.
Si finalmente me pagan vendré aquí a borrar este comentario y retractarme de lo dicho pero me parece que me van a rechazar los 3 pagos. Habrá que ir a otras empresas con más bagaje, al final lo barato acaba saliendo caro.

Without giving any evidence they deny my withdrawal they say its KYC fraud but they are not willing to give any good reason or evidence i try alot with the support team their answers are different what they want is not giving my money this a theft they ban my entire account with out giving a good reason o have interview when i request withdraw if they think its fraud in KYC why do the give me Live account if i fail the live i will re purchase after eating my all cash when i ask withdraw they say fraud if its fraud why you give live account first of all don't trade with this firm guys

I traded with Equity Edge in good faith, following the rules exactly as communicated by their own moderators in the official chat.
On July 22nd, during Powell’s speech, the moderator publicly wrote “the speech is over” and “we could resume trading.” I waited nearly 20 minutes before entering a trade. My direction was correct, my profit legitimate, and I was well outside any “restricted” time.
few days later, my payout was rejected. I sent full chat evidence proving their own moderator gave the green light. After fighting for days, they admitted it was “misinformation” and even apologised but before they were telling me the decision is correct etc. yet even after that they still refused to pay.
Instead, they made me wait weeks for a so-called “risk interview.” When it finally happened, they claimed my answers didn’t match my trading activity with zero proof. Then came the permanent ban from their server, my ticket was marked “final,” and all communication was cut off.
This feels like a deliberate system to avoid paying large payouts:
1. Let you trade until you win big.
2. Use vague, shifting rules to deny the payout even after admitting fault.
3. Stall for weeks with extra “reviews” or “interviews.”
4. Ban you and keep your money.

If you are a trader aiming for high payouts, you should be scared their “rules” can change after the fact, and winning big may put a target on your back.
I am demanding an official public response here on Trustpilot from Equity Edge explaining why they refuse to pay a trader who followed instructions from their own staff, provided proof, and was still banned. This silence and avoidance speaks volumes.

There are many rules and it is almost impossible to know all of them in advance. And there is no information about it. They do everything to blow up the accounts.

Another payout request denied due to "gambling"

Your email says i was:

1. Abusing the max daily drawdown. Not true, trade was within daily loss limits.

2. Splitting trades. Again incorrect.

3. Drastically altering trades. Again not true, plenty of time between trades and nothing drastic.

4. Increased risk around news. Another statement thats not true.

Overall this was a losing trade that never breached any formal rule, but you are trying to wriggle out of.

Avoid them, they will look to penalise you any way possible

Bad Propfirm the worst... Request payout, You will truly be left in disbelieve... i made a third party payment. then i saw on their discord group its against the Rules... i Stopped like MONTHS AGO.. LOST the account ... bought accounts with my card to correct myself and follow all rules..

Correctly purchased accounts … I trade Make $800 request withdrawal.. guess what.... they see the old purchases.. i confirm and tell them. Yes i saw my error and went the correct way...

they follow up to block my account and terminate my account.....

I thought this prop firm was for traders by traders... but a place where one doesn't make mistakes doesn't exist.. Too many hidden rules.. and instead of being a firm that helps and directs us to right paths they block Us..

No warning .....just termination

The system will look for an excuse to close your account, so please do not let your money fall into the hands of companies like this.

I truly sorry to say, this prop firm is a scam with hidden rules. They rejected my payout of 6000$ claiming that I was gambling. This is not a casino and I worked hard to build up this money on 100k funded account. If you are a serious trader don’t use this firm. I recommend Marven. Equity Edge prove themselves their real face behind the scenes. Avoid this firm or you will see yourself on big payout.

Its Scam you can't never payout from its Instant Account

Equity Edge denied my payout claiming I violated their “high-impact news” rule because of the Michigan Consumer Sentiment report on July 18, 2025.

Here’s the problem: This news is NOT marked as high impact on Forex Factory and Investing — the same calendar that most professional traders use to comply with prop firm rules. Equity Edge refuses to disclose the official news source they use, meaning traders are set up to fail. You can’t follow a rule when the criteria are hidden.

This is a clear example of lack of transparency and unfair business practices. If a company can deny payouts based on rules that are not publicly verifiable, then no trader’s funds are safe.

I provided proof showing the event was listed as medium impact on Forex Factory. They ignored it and still refused to pay. This is not just a dispute — it’s a warning to every trader: without clear, public, and consistent rules, they can use “hidden criteria” to deny anyone’s payout at any time.

I will continue to fight this decision, but as of now, I cannot recommend Equity Edge to any serious trader. Avoid them if you value fairness, transparency, and your hard-earned profits.

Terrible prop firm, most likely nonexistent. They will waste your time and your money. I've only received 1 payout from them which was $145, and I've requested 5. Tell me why when I start making bigger profits and requesting bigger payouts they only tell me AFTER I request a payout that I breached? I'll tell you why because they don't pay profitable traders, they only give out small payouts. I had a payout of $500 they rejected it and came with some shady SHADY excuses and reasons that made me feel like they questioning my intelligence. I let it go and tried again this time I had a payout of $1700... Yeah that would've been my biggest withdrawal ever! But no they cooked up a complicated excuse to deny my payout even when I followed the risk rules, the news trading rules and so on. They just come w shady excuses and threaten to ban you from the firm if you make the mistake again? What mistake brother? Anyways. Good for leveraging small accounts, but generally STAY AWAY. EE is the real deal! I just received my payout today morning and the account I've made the withdrawl with was gifted to me after participating to a game. So it was a free account!

equityedge cannot give you funded account you traded and passed two phases without any issue after they email you you have breached the rules and they have dicord if you try to say what is not going they chaseyou out mean that you are not allowed to say what is not good to them

I passed a challenge but had a rule breach. Received an email regarding this however further in the email it stated that, in the spirit of goodwill I will receive a complimentary retry of the same size in 24hrs.its been 48hrs still no account took it up with support staff asking for the email that proves they said that. Sent a screenshot of the email to not 1 but 2 different support members. The first one Caleb completely ignored me with no response from him for close to an hour and a half. The second support guy Abdullah also took an hour after explaining him the situation. Then he eventually replied with its been escalated and I will get feed back in 1-2 business days. So even after the initial 2 days wait I have to wait another 2days. I've had a similar issue before and was assisted by Abdullah and he resolved it in less than an hour though. So good on him for that but the service I'm getting now is unacceptable.

It's was going well at the beginning, but after few payouts they asked me to do a risk call with them, after the risk call they wouldn't get back to me about the result at all and left me hanging for over a month, now i got my payout. however, they shouldnt take this long to do things when other propfirms are way quicker.
