I have been waiting for my payment for over a month even though I have not violated any rules. Do not trust this company.

After receiving their response on Discord, I was told that a “third party” was detected during KYC, which they consider fraudulent.

I want to be 100% clear: I personally completed the KYC with my own real documents. I offered to do a live verification or submit further proof, but they refused everything.

They simply said the decision is “final” and not open to review — no evidence shown, no discussion, no second chance.

This is not how a trustworthy company should treat traders who invest time, follow rules, and act in good faith. The process feels robotic, cold, and extremely unfair.

If you’re thinking of joining this firm, be warned: even if you do everything right, you could be flagged without explanation — and that’s it. No payout, no support, just a goodbye message.

I'd like to express my disappointment regarding the account breach. Despite adhering to the 1% per trade risk rule, I had two concurrent trades on GBPUSD, each within the 1% risk limit. However, after hitting my stops, my account was still breached. I'm extremely dissatisfied with this outcome and feel that the rules were not applied fairly. I'm regretting my decision to purchase a Pro Edge account from your firm, and I'm considering this experience to be one of the worst in the industry

I lost an account due to their platform experiencing an outage. I have received no compensation because according to them it was an “external issue”. Upon creating tickets I’m warned about false reporting (despite 100s of people saying the exact same thing on the day in discord) and then I’m timed out for a week despite no warning and breaking no rules. One of the worst customer service experiences of my entire life. If you buy an account with them you better hope you experience no issues and require support.

Well, am giving them 4 star bcus my brother actually got his payout today, which he requested last Friday 18th. Got it on 22nd that's 3 working days, not that bad. And secondly customer are great too especially Chelsea and adullahi, caleb you guys are awesome. However, I and my brother was so skeptical due to lots of bad reviews here and there but finally, we got paid first payout, hoping for second one this week or next week. So I think bad reviews are from people that are literally doing something wrong by them selves maybe abnormal lots or gambling trading, not obeying news rule/ over leveraging. 👌

Total DD is better than others.
Payout process is faster than expected.
Spread is better than others popular propfirm.

This is a scam. Equity edge will happy take your payments for you to try to o gain a funded account. However, once you pass, it is impossible to get any money out. They come up with things like you have broke a rule and therefore not able to obtain your money.

Guys, i recommend you stay away from this prop firm. They may be the cheapest and most affordable but they are not the most supportive. When you want something to be explained thoroughly where you feel you are not being answered correctly and then ask for management to be involved, you only get put on a timeout timer for 24 hours. This is not the way for you to handle your customers. This is your bread and butter money you challenging.

I am also waiting for my funded for the 3rd time. I have a feeling they will be taking my funded away or rejecting payouts because of this review. I don't care anymore.

They are very quick to ask for a 3 star review with explaining minor details but when it comes to the nitty gritty, are very quick to run away.

My personal opinion, STAY AWAY FROM EQUITY EDGE!, there are lots more user-friendly prop firms available to you.

I'd say avoid this prop firm by all means. I've passed challenges and was denied funded account 3 times in a raw, saying I was gambling. I'm funded with other prop firms and I have never received an email saying I am gambling, meaning there is nothing wrong with my strategy. TRASH PROP!!!

I strongly advise others to avoid taking any challenges with Equity Edge.

In my experience, Equity Edge has shown signs of being unreliable, if not outright deceptive. After successfully completing both phases of their challenge, I was denied a funded account based on what I believe was a manipulated interpretation of their rules.

Specifically, they referred to a rule requiring positions to be held for an average of more than 2 minutes. My average holding time was 4 minutes, clearly meeting this requirement. Despite this, they selectively counted only a few trades that were under 2 minutes and used that as a reason to deny me — even though the rule is explicitly about average hold time, not individual trades.

This felt like a deliberate move to disqualify a passing trader and avoid payout. Based on this experience, I caution others to think twice before trusting this firm.

Hello guys, I hope you are well, I just wanted to share my experience with these scammers, they took two accounts from me for a reason they invented just to not pay, that I used a fraudulent credit card, one account at $3200 and another at $7800, every time the payment arrives and it is a large amount they will scam you, I have photos to support it, I do not recommend this scammer company. Both accounts were 100k instant accounts, I was doing so well in trades and they noticed that to not pay they will always find an excuse for you, when they do not find one they will tell you that you used a fraudulent credit card. Presuming that I used a fraudulent credit card why accept the payment of the account and let me earn money in the end scam me: SO THEY ARE SCAMMERS

I’ve been trading with Equity Edge since last year without any issues, but things changed dramatically once I started getting funded this month.

EE now frequently changes their rules, often introducing “hidden” policies that aren’t clearly stated on their website. For example, they enforce a strict 2-minute news trading blackout period that applies even to limit orders, whereas other firms treat this as a minor (soft) breach, EE considers it a major (hard) breach.

What’s frustrating is they don’t inform you of these breaches when they happen. Instead, you only find out after requesting a payout or when you ask to get funded. At that point, they suddenly “remember” that you violated a rule you never knew existed.

Looking back, EE had good reviews around this time last year. But now, the experience has changed considerably. Their customer support is very poor, raising concerns in their public Discord channel often results in being muted or banned for hours, effectively silencing you.

Additionally, they have systems to monitor rules like daily drawdowns, consistency requirements, and max drawdowns, but claim they don’t monitor news trading breaches or third-party payment issues until payout time. This creates an unfair environment where traders only discover infractions after the fact.

My advice: I strongly recommend avoiding Equity Edge. Their rules and enforcement are too strict and opaque, and their support is unhelpful. Also, beware of these support guys: NASDOM, DON, and JOHN. One of the worst set of people that can ever attend to you!

I’ve been with this firm for over a year, especially when I was just starting out in trading. Things were smooth, and their low costs made them seem like a solid choice.

But everything changed the moment I requested a payout.

Although my strategy doesn’t rely on news trading, they flagged a single trade that happened to fall during a high-impact news event — and used it to terminate my account. No warning. No payout. Just like that — everything gone.

What’s most frustrating is the contradiction: their FAQ clearly states that news trading does not violate your funded account, and any profit made during such trades would simply be deducted. But in reality, they quietly keep score of how many trades fall under their internal “news trading” criteria — and once you cross some invisible threshold, they shut you down completely.

It’s deceptive and feels like a trap. Even if your trades land during news unintentionally, they’ll still use it against you — regardless of what their public rules say.

I’m extremely disappointed and feel completely misled. If you’re considering this firm, be warned: their terms are not what they seem. Proceed with caution.

I had my tardes closed by the system , i contacted the live chat support , this guy named abdullah kept asking for infos even tho i provided screans shot and trades id , there was no effort to assist or help , really bad experience and be careful when trading with them

Bad trading company I have ever seen don’t waste your money and time they scammed me for the second time I bought a 5k buy one get one free challenge last Friday but nothing sent to me even their customer support don’t care about you once you paid so take care of and learn from me …

You spent your money to trade and get payouts but the profirm is going to interview you to get it. How do you feel guys?? You paid to get funded, they did not gave you for free. So wake up traders avoid this kind of scammers!!
