Excellent customer service.
I have an older mower. I researched and spoke to numerous repair/parts suppliers. After spending more than forty hours with the wrong info on my and their part I happened onto Equipatron. They made it easy for me to get the right part at a very reasonable price. I now have a mower that starts, and runs. The mower is close to 20 years. It's been one of the best investments I've made. Local Dealers Apparently Don't Need the Sales
I contacted the distributor for Honda equipment in NH and was given the model number information on the engine I needed. I then contacted three local dealer repair businesses to inquire about getting this particular engine. One, Grainger, got back to me and told me that they could not get that particular engine. The other two local merchants did not bother to get back to me. I am somewhat reluctant to do business like this online but saw that I may have no choice. I got the engine at a good price and am ready to install it now.
