We are first time home buyers and we know nothing about the process and how things need to be done. Jason Wang our broker helped us through it all and held our hand through the whole process. We had a fantastic experience with Jason refinancing our home loan. My brother had worked with him recently and sang his praises. Jason was super communicative and flexible to accommodate our schedules and incredibly responsive. It’s easy to feel overwhelmed with the amount of information and the process, but he was very clear and invested in making sure we had all questions answered and were comfortable. What’s more, we got a way better rate than our credit union was offering and it was tailored for our needs so that we paid almost no fees AND ended up with a much lower monthly mortgage. We also were able to move much quicker than the credit union, but never felt rushed. I think we started and funded the loan within a 30 day window, and Jason went the extra mile to make sure we were all squared away before we left town, arranging for a notary to come to our place in record time, and with little notice (sorry..). It was a pleasure working with him and would definitely recommend.

Jason is an excellent broker! I used Jason to secure a loan for my first home and he was detailed, attentive, and on point throughout the entire process. Jason is a great advocate of his clients, a straight shooter and a true professional. He is quick to respond and let's you know everything he needs in order to get you where you need to go. He was very helpful in researching an issue I had with my existing lender (Wells Fargo -who was impersonal and unhelpful). Jason has been the exact opposite, I will 100% be back with him next time I'm seeking a loan.

Jason runs Equify exactly as I would run my business: no sales pitch and presents all of the necessary details to make a quick decision. He then calls you on a weekly basis to make sure you are informed on the status, and texts with updates in between. Jason also has experience at other lenders, allowing him to provide insight on whether they are providing their best deal. For example: the jumbo loan limit increased in January, and the lender I was in process with did not tell me if I just reduced the principal by less than $5K I could get a lower rate for a conforming loan.
