Everything was organized in a way that made it simple to see how the different parts of my personality fit together. I learned a lot about myself without feeling overwhelmed, and the process was straightforward, enjoyable, and genuinely insightful. Have already recommended to a few friends.
EQIQs is one of those tools that's hard to appreciate until you tinker around on the platform. The reports are detailed and in plain language. Some days I peek at various communication styles and attempt to better connect with those in my bubble. Other days, I can significant time learning new ways to view/understand interactions. The suggestions feel practical rather than generic. I appreciate the ability to reference and cross reference various assessments. I found myself pondering the information long after I closed the tab.
