We did buy something once
We did buy something once, years ago, and it was very good as was the service. BUT since then it has been IMPOSSIBLE to unsubscribe from their emails and marketing material. What they send is a constant plague.

Love the Eqclusive brush sets and fast shipping!
I have ordered the Eqclusive Haas brush sets multiple times from Eqclusive. I live in the US. Each time I ordered a set, it came very fast, within a week. I love all the brush sets that I have purchased. They are very high quality. They come with a lovely box to store them in and directions on the order the brushes should be used in. I laminated the card with those instructions to keep at the barn. Whenever I need new brushes I will definitely order from them again!

I have bought brushes and grooming kits from Eqclusive, including their own brand and Alan Davies' brand. The brushes are very good quality and do a good job. I am very pleased with the products and would recommend them to others. In one case the product was out of stock but the company kept me informed about likely delivery dates.

Poor Service.
Reading a previous comment about 'Filtabac suncream' I also ordered a 500gr tub back in June, which I quote was before they set a 'pre order scheme' (obviously covering themselves now for delay of arrival).
Had numerous emails and 2 phone calls telling me was going to be sent out end of week, this was all through july and August. To then having date pushed back (lost count how many times).
I contacted them end of August, as was fed up waiting. To which they said they have stock and should be out for delivery next week. Received an email to say "be happy to know your order is being sent out Friday 1st September. Come the 1st September and now got an email to say won't be receiving it till 23rd September.
Absolute joke!!
Don't not 'pre order filtabac' you'll probably never receive it.

The best equestrian business
Eqclusive have always given me and my horses a 5 ⭐️ service. All items ordered (and there have been quite a few) have been beautiful quality, well packaged and delivered in a timely manner.
Marta is always at the end of the phone with helpful advice. On the one occasion that I received a faulty product, Marta and her team dealt with it promptly, offering me a replacement which has been exactly what I expected.
Won’t hesitate to order again!

Unprofessional and ignorant of consumer rights.
I totally agree with the previous reviewer. This company has behaved with a shocking lack of customer service, a bullying attitude and total ignorance of consumer rights.
I ordered a tube of Filtabac from their website on 1 July 2023. With P&P it was £19.03. I was given repeated assurances throughout July in a lot of gushing language that the delivery would be imminent. However by mid August the product still hadn't arrived. In the meantime I had sourced it from another company. I requested a refund but this was refused, referring me to their 'terms and conditions about non-transferable and non-refundable nature of pre-orders'. Then they said the product had been recalled by the manufacturer and they could no longer supply it. (It is still advertised for sale on their site!). So I again requested a refund which they refused, referring to 'Ts&Cs'.
I quoted the Consumer Act of 1 October 2015, which says you can cancel if the retailer doesn't provide the goods or service within a reasonable time: ’There is a default delivery period of 30 days during which the retailer needs to deliver the goods to you unless a longer period has been agreed’. I also pointed out that they had broken their contract by not supplying the item. I then got back a very condescending offer of a credit note or exchange which I did not want.
Only by pointing out that they were breaking the law by refusing to refund my money did they finally capitulate and grudgingly returned my money: 'As a gesture of goodwill and in light of the circumstances surrounding your order, we have decided to make an exception in this instance'. If I had not stood my ground they would not have done this. Based on my experience I would discourage anyone from using this unprofessional company totally lacking in any customer service.

I contacted the manufacturer Aniwell who knew about your company. They said ‘we do not have release date as yet as the products are still being tested – if they come back negative then there will not be any FiltaBac available until the new batch arrives end of August – that too will be tested after its sea voyage’. So you knew that the product would not be available for some time, yet you still took my money.
I think your terms and conditions do not hold any legal meaning if you know that you will not be able to deliver. You can’t apply the term ‘non refundable’ to something that doesn’t appear! It will be interesting to see what the Consumers Association say.

I bought a Busse mesh horse rug and the velcro teeth all came off within a couple of weeks, rendering it useless. Eqclusive asked me to return the rug, so now have both my rug and my money.
Eqclusive wrote a flowery long winded, gushy email, which basically implied that they will only refund me for this faulty item if and when Busse agree it is faulty and agree to refund them.
I obviously objected, citing The Consumer Rights Act and pointing out that my contract is only with them, so they need to refund me - and then sort out Busse, whom their contract is with.
They replied complaining that my 'tone' is 'off' and that as this is so very serious that they have requested I not contact them!
In my opinion they an infantile company, playing at doing business, who apparently neither comprehend nor intend to comply with my consumer rights in this most straightforward of matters.
I will never purchase anything from them again.
My latest reply objecting to them withholding my refund was met with this - so clearly making money is paramount and a priority over customer service and I'm now playing second fiddle to their sale.
