This is a first time purchase from Epicstuff and the online transaction was straight forward and went extremely smoothly.
Slight hiccup in the delivery as it arrived a day later than expected however this was due to a problem at the carriers depot and no fault of Epicstuff.
As this has been purchased as a gift for my great grandson’s Christmas I did assemble the car,Just as a precaution, to make sure that it was working prior to re-boxing and avoid any possible disappointment on the day.
As everything seems to be working okay and the purchase has gone without a major hitch I am extremely happy with Epicstuff,at this time, and have no hesitation,whatsoever, in recommending them to any potential customer.

I ordered my replacement battery for my scooter 3 days later as stated it arrived, i phoned Epic Stuff for a bit of advice, i found them very helpful and polite , Overall product good service good price , so very refreshing, thank you Epic Stuff.

I originally purchased a petrol quad for my six year old and was having trouble getting it started due to one thing or another. They quickly sent out another one which again we were having trouble with, so we decided to exchange it for a 36 V electrical unit with no fuss for hassle from epic stuff

YI purchased an escooter (up front) from Epicstuff which was supposed to arrive within 10 days. An unforeseen delay at the port of entry into the UK meant that this pushed back the delivery date. With my money already paid and delays occurring the red flags of a scam were being waved. I needn’t have worried though as Epicstuff Emailed me for every step of the way, what day and time for each port of call and my details had been passed to the driver. My escooter arrived as promised and all of the parts checked out, tools included, batteries already charged, and easy to follow instructions for setting up. I’m now the delighted owner of an awesome scooter and my most sincere thanks go to Dylan who eased my worries with his daily updates. Very very happy with my scooter, bought it to get me to work to save me walking as have sore knee with arthritis so it’s a life saver. Would highly recommend and so easy to put together.

I have sent an email already to Epicstuff explaining that the quad bike fuel tank has a hole in it when delivered so is unused as delivered and a replacement Quad is required

Very happy with service, ordered a 24v charger for sons jeep arrived on the Saturday (within 48hrs)!
Would recommend and use again.

Really happy with the kids bike, it was easy to put together and looks great. I couldn't figure out why it wasn't turning on after being charged for 12 hours. Customer service answered straight away on a Sunday and explained it didn't work whilst the charger was still plugged in(obvious in hindsight!), but really impressed with the level of customer service.

They were amazing from the start. They helped me choose the right quad bike and really helped me out to get it delivered quickly.

Even after it had been delivered I was able to ring them, a few times, with queries. They were very helpful and patient every time.

It was unfortunate that their courier company let me down, but I can't hold that against them.
