Arrived on time; was quick doing the work; knew what he was doing.

I have used Epic Global on several occasions now to carry out remedial works at my rental property ranging from EICRs, smoke detector changes, EPC reviews and general maintenance and the service is always fantastic. The team are always punctual, polite and get the job done to a very high standard. Would highly recommend.

Epic did a great job The engineer, Will Bailey, was really professional. Polite (even drank my tea). Great installation, very neat and well hidden. He definitely crossed the "t"s and dotted the "i"s.

Epic are brilliant. We had a full rewire of our 17th Century property. We had to live and work in it at the same time! We were happy with the cost and there were no hidden extras. The team turned up exactly when they said they would, they were efficient and very careful to ensure the work they did caused as little disruption to us as was possible. They cleaned up as they went along, removed all debris including the old light fittings and made every effort to hide the new cabling, which was not an easy task in a house this old. The team were polite, friendly and worked very hard. Thanks again for a great job Dave, Will and Stan!

This is the third time Epic have called to carry out work at our house and as before I cannot praise William highly enough.

Problem with security lights. Rang up Epic and a visit was arranged promptly to ascertain the issue. The problem was explained and new lights were installed efficiently and everything is now working well. Excellent service as usual.

Facing an emergency, these guys were truly Epic, we phoned them 8am they were with us by 9 after a night of no power due to a broken fuse board. Great customer service

Will completed the job in good time with the minimum of fuss and explained everything we needed to know.
This evening on returning from town, we were very happy with the results.

Well what can I say if I could give more stars I would excellent service from the initial request for a quote to the chat with Dave for the required work and his suggestions for the best solution for the work I needed doing. Nothing was to much trouble as questions led to questions and he replied in very quickly. To then the communication for the appointment as well kept informed at all stages who was attending what time they would be there to a text to say engineer had left and was on his way Fantastic the engineer was immaculate in is work and left the property spotless. Can wait to find them more work

We had a problem with our security lights failing to come on. William Bailey quickly ascertained that the control unit was faulty and required an updated version. This was obtained and fitted and the system returned to normal. We would like to commend Mr Bailey for his excellent manner and obvious competence. Many thanks.
