I thought I entered into a golf competition and they took £1.87 from my account, I have now realised that in May and June they took £59.98 out of my account, without me knowing, they tried another £59.98 today and it was stopped by my banks fraud squad....having to go through the faff of cancelling cards and the bank have blocked this company. I never knowingly signed up for any subscriptions to be taken from my bank account for Epic Fun games....definitely a scam so avoid like the plague.

Non ho fatto nessuna transazione a favore di EpicFunGames.net, e sono stati prelevati dalla mia carta € 59.98, non so come abbiano fatto. Come faccio per farmeli rimborsare? Sono soldi, e io non me lo posso permettere di lasciar correre.....

E una truffa io nn so come sie attivato questo abbonamento a me sono stati rubati 60 euro dall mia carta voglio essere rimborsata immediatamente grazie

In data 22/04/25 ho realizzato un transazione bancaria online a favore di Epicfungame.net per l'importo di 1.87 euro, successivamente sono apparsi continue richieste di transazioni per prelevare dal mio conto online diversi importi tra 14 a 59 euro per al meno 4 volte al mese. Chiedo di non effettuare più richieste di prelievi non autorizzati sul mio bancario, segue denuncia alle autorità competenti, Yesica Paola Enriquez.

I thought i was buying from Dunelm, via facebook took £1.87 from my account. Sent am email saying I had subscribed to a gaming site and I would be charged £59. I tried to cancel but doesn't recognise my details. Rang the bank and got the company blocked

As with previous reviewers SCAM outfit. Purchased item unrelated to gaming via Facebook for 1.87. They then tried to take 59 odds from my account days later that my bank thankfully declined. However under a different name of Skyrocket they took, this time successfully £29.99 from my account. Currently having to go through all the faff of cancelling my card. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

I thought that I was buying Lancome.
They took £1.87 then I blocked them and they have been trying to take payments from my card ever since. Which my bank stopped.
I had to cancel my card.

This is a scam. Signed up for a Facebook Boots box for £1.87 and next thing this company are taking £59.98. Thankfully bank stopped it as they recognised it was fraudulent and had loads of similar complaints. The firm had set up a recurring payment request too. Don't know who they are and didn't sign up to this.

I had £1.87 and £59.98 taken from my account recently from this company and when I emailed them to ask why, they said they would cancel my subscription.... what subscription i have no idea. I have asked this question but no response so far....

I have just realised that nearly £250 has been taken from my account without me knowing so I have now contacted my banks fraud department

Was scammed out of £5,980.00.
Luckily my banks fraud team contacted me immediately and declined the amount.

After some weeks with my humble request epicfungames have Refunded me my full money back I much appreciate this good gesture from them as I am a Pensioner and this did greatly affected me, but they do have fairness as I have witnessed once again I thank the organisation but I would also say with respect to high light their subscriptions in large bold letters. I thank you epicfungames.

Sono stato truffato da questa azienda il 4 febbraio 2025, avevo provato a fare una ricarica di €10, ma sul gioco non sono mai scaricati in quanto il saldo mi dava zero, mentre dalla carta si sono presi €30. Come posso muovermi per riaverli?

I was scammed 27th December 2024,then3 days later another payment of £59.98 was taken.when I rang the bank they said another payment has been requested for £59.98.Bank have repaid the money but said they may take the money back.I just can’t afford to lose the money.Is there anything else I can do about this issue.any help would be appreciated.Thanks.

This is a scam, went onto a ‘sponsored’ page that came up on Facebook about Amazon selling off out of date computers for only the delivery price so thought I would try. To cut a long story short a few of £1.87 or something went through then suddenly a subscription fee of £59.80 was taken out of my account, have involved my bank to try & get reimbursed but will wait & see.

I didn’t sign up for these people to money out my account each month but some how they do.

It is a scam, as others have discovered. Fortunately, in my case, Revolut intercepted the attempted payment, informed me, and asked if I would like them to delete my payment card. (you're able to get a 'virtual' card with Revolut, in which I keep a tiny amount of cash to pay for just these kind of small purchases from unknown sources.
I recommend Revolut to anyone who uses the Web regularly.
They're out there, lurking and waiting for you - let's all make it difficult for them. 🖖

It is the most terrible way to stole money from people, never enrolled, never subscribed and they took £59.80
I checked bank account for something and noticed they had withdrawn £59.80. Tried to contact them but no reply.
