AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL experience- LIARS
AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL experience. I was initially dealing with their guy James but then all of a sudden he stopped responding me. The new guy they had me contact does not know what he is doing.
I recently paid for a sign. Later he started lying after I sent the full payment. He said that the sign cannot be made with the agreed upon details. And this is not the first time. Every sign that they quote me, they say they are selling it to me on a breakeven cost.

Great communication and products
I worked with James on multiple signs. He always gets back to me quickly and I get my signs fast. Even when I need changes to the design he always gets back in a timely fashion. Great communication, overall a great experience.

Working with the neon sign company was an absolute pleasure! From start to finish, they demonstrated professionalism and expertise in their craft. I was particularly impressed by James's exceptional workmanship and attention to detail. He went above and beyond to ensure that my custom neon sign was exactly as I envisioned it. The quality of the final product exceeded my expectations, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for top neon sign

I have been working with the company for several years. I am always confident in the quality and speed of production of goods.
