Excellent service From Steve from start to finish , needed to find an assessor for my Nan and he held her hand every step of the way , from ordering on a really simple and easy to use form to calling her within 15 minutes of the order being placed , to turning up on time and completed the work on site

EPC Survey
I had an EPC survey done on my house this morning by a gentleman called Steve Goundry, he arrived for our appointment on time, he was very pleasant, well mannered and very professional, he explained to me throughout his visit everything that I needed know and what exactly everything meant, I would recommend this company and Steve to everyone that needs this job doing.

A highly efficient company
I found Steve very helpful and efficient taking trouble to explain the process of the EPC certificate. He was punctual and communicative, and everything came together quickly with no problems, and very reasonably priced.. I would recommend EPC & Property Hub wholeheartedly.
