We used Lauren as our mortgage advisor when we decided to sell our family home of 24 years and move to our dream house in the countryside. From start to finish, Lauren was absolutely amazing. She found us the best mortgage and insurance products to suit our needs and kept in touch throughout the whole process.
It was an anxious time for us, as we hadn’t moved in so long and everything felt new, but Lauren reassured us at every step and gave us real peace of mind. We’ll definitely continue to use Lauren and Envoy’s services in the future when it’s time to remortgage, and we’ve already passed her details on to friends because she was so good.
