Worth the wait
It took a long time to get the pergola shipped, but it was worth the wait. A quality product and quality installation. The crew that installed our pergola were very courteous and clean. The price was very reasonable as well.

Jay and Jimmy were great to work with. Real pros! They put a beautiful product up at my house, and when we had a couple of kinks to work out, they were “Johnny on the Spot”, getting the installer back out there to adjust and correct.

I’m a residential pool builder who has used many different outlets for Pergola construction. I found Jay @ Envision Pergola a few years ago and now only use he and Envision for my projects. Coordinating projects with them is easy. Their product speaks for itself and is ahead of all other Louvered pergolas I have seen.

impossible to please
We as a company and partnerships in a few projects that we have worked with jay from envision pergolas. We have had an excellent working relationship and I find jay to be honest and trustworthy in his approach to designing,building and servicing his product. The Keri Apking one star review total negative rant should not be taken as fact because we worked on that project. And did everything possible to make her happy only to fall victim of an accident equally negative inaccurate review. Jay is a good human beings and I enjoy working with him and will continue to do business with him.
