Absolute disgrace of a company haven't recived my goods and won't answer my mail scam company

Screenprotector besteld voor OnePlus, past perfect en makkelijk aan te brengen zonder stof of bubbels. Handleiding beperkt zich wel tot chinese karakters, maar het proces is ook niet zo ingewikkeld dat dit echt 'n probleem is.

Only the screen Protector arrived, emailed the support help asking for the tool to fit it as per advert, showing how it cleans fits screen Protector in a simple couple of swipes, told I can locate it by the speaker on the front of my phone Samsung S21 ultra there is no speaker total scamming company if I see this advert appearing on any social media I will be putting a warning post of how they SCAM you without sending correct products, they may as well make more money and send nothing

Placed the 3 pack in the shopping cart but did not purchase at that time. Later they sent me an email offering free shipping with a code.
"We noticed that you have items in your shopping cart that have not yet been paid for. We appreciate your interest in our products and would like to offer you an exclusive discount code for a 12% discount on your entire purchase.

Simply enter the code F12 at checkout to redeem this offer."
ok that was nice so i went back and purchased via paypal. When i received my statement in email from Envisagem (vieqp Co.,Ltd) they stil charged $12.99 shipping plus $9.92 for tax. After contacting them they refunded the $9.92 and said that was a system error.
After waiting a few weeks the product arrived, but it was not complete. The 3 pack did not include the application frame or any cleaning pads and tools as described on their web site or in the videos. All i received was 3 of the screen films with no way to install these on to a phone. Plus they are plastic not tempered glass as described. I filed a dispute with paypal. But this place offer me a $3 refund or for a full refund i could return the product to an address in China at my expense. $21.89 to ship to the address they gave me. This just does not sound fair for me to pay to send an incomplte product back. So them looking like they are trying to help, paypal will side on their side of the dispute and close the case.
Do not purchase from this crooked company unless you want something you can not use.

....tja, 1 Stern ist noch zuviel- was habe ich bekommen- bekommen habe ich einen echten "Chinadisplayschutz", der genau diesen Namen so verdient hat.
Einen völlig billigen Screensaver.
Keinen blauen Applikator, keine Staubschutzfolie, kein "drück drauf, zieh ab" und alles ist gut- NIX. Du bekommst Geld dein "abgezockt und Ärger dich selber" weil du Dumm warst!
Also liebe Leute- Finger weg davon!!!
Hätte ich ein Bild der Warensendung reinstellen können, das hätte vollkommen gereicht....

Scammers They send a different product than what you pay for!

Absolutely Rip Off!
Terrible company, Do not purchase, do not engage.

I bought the privacy screen for iPhone. Product was not as describe at all, did not come with the anti-dust remover, took several applications to apply to phone and then once install lines from protector obstructed the screen of the phone, made for a horrible viewing experience.

Additionally shipping cost were much more then advertised once charged, ended up costing over $25USD.

When contacted the company with complaint, after several emails was told I could have $3USD as compensation.

SCAM SCAM AND MORE SCAM - Knock off Chinese crap product - Bait & Switch advertising. Customer service is crap.

Complete scam. Sent me a completely different looking screen protector from the one advertised that did nothing that the advertised screen does. It didn't even have a hole for the ear speaker so after I applied it in the end I couldn't hear people on the other line. When taking off it simply broke. Absolute rubbish!!. When I contact customer service they offered me $2 refund

Jeg har lige modtaget de såkaldte screen produkter der viser det er en fin video hvor de viser den sidder i en holder hvor man trækker det ud af. Dette er så overhovedet ikke med så bare 2 glas til de 2 mobiler 250. Har heldigvis betale med PayPal så vil se om jeg kan få pengene tilbage da det slet ikke er det produkt jeg har bestilt.

Do not buy the screen protector. This chaep product is not at all as advertised. The fingerprint is not working.

The product that was sent was not at all the product from the ad. Very poor quality, touchscreen did not react, no dust removal tool. No reaction whatsoever from report on my complaint.

Yup, I got scammed like everyone else! I wish I had to have come to this review site before I purchased this piece of trash. The cardboard box it came in is worth more than the screen protector! These scam artists are a fly-by-night company, and these scam artists will re-invent something else, or change the name of their company, that way they can start out fresh with no bad reviews; and they can pull in suckers like me who trusted the SCAMMERS that were advertising this "amazing" piece of crap! Shame on these SCAMMERS, and remember, in the case that the SCAMMERS that have scammed us happen to read this, what goes around comes around. But, I blame myself for being so stupid to believe trash on Facebook.
To the scammer, enjoy your cash that you made by lying to people. Sleep well.
P.S. Why can't these review sites offer 0 ratings...or even negative # ratings.....would feel a lot better than giving these scammers even 1 star!

They didn't send everything that should have been insade the box.

No dust removal tool
No installation tool

The "support" wants me to accept 4$ as compensation for the missing items. Otherwise I can always send it back (and pay for shipment).

They don't seem to understand that I don't want to pay for a useless product. Luckily I have the payment on hold, so they haven't got anything from me yet.

This scam shop is likely to disapear or they give up.

Wat een verschrikkelijk product.
Komt totaal niet overeen met de reklame.
En dan past het glas niet eens op je telefoon terwijl ik toch echt het goede model heb gekozen.

Ordered based on saturation advertising. Magic screen protector. Pure junk. No installation instructions. No information for how to access installation video. No support. I've installed dozens of screen protectors but this one was supposed to be different. Automatic installation. Couldn't even remove it from the completely sealed packaging. Tried to install it based on the couple of videos I did see and the only thing that happened was that the glass screen protector broke at the bottom.

I paid via PayPal so I filed a claim with them. They backed the MERCHANT. Ridiculous. I'm out $22US for junk. Save your money. Get a soft screen protector that uses a wet application process.

Contacted the seller and they wanted photos and other information. Guess I'll just have to cut open the package and send photos of the broken glass. Very much frustrated with this whole situation.

I've ordered 2 screen protectors but nothing was like on the website,
1. No installation frame (didn't have the special application system)
2. No dust removal tool
3. No swab or dust removal sticker

It's a crappy product and very different from what they've advertised.

It is a SCAM. Running different ads frequently to mislead people. Every time new comments and new websites. I did not even get a delivery. Please do not pay. Holy scammers.

It's nothing like it's been advertised. Read the reviews, they're all correct. No frame, no dust removing screen, it's a scam. Don't get sucked into the hype of this product, it is all false.
