The galleries are down more than they work. I’ve had over 20 tickets in the four months I’ve had envira and their support is useless. Waste of money. Not a professional product. My bottom line has dropped because clients can’t ever see the galleries.

Refused to issue a refund even though I canceled within the 14-day cancellation window. Argued with me when I questioned it. These guys are the worst. They make promises they don't keep and contravene their own written policies. Stay away!
UPDATE! Even after being presented with irrefutable proof that I met their requirement for a refund, and that they DID cancel my account, they still will not budge on the refund. What jerks!
UPDATE 4/26: Only after I threatened small claims court did they relent and refund my money. Never again. And what a shame; the product is actually good, but God help you if you have problem with billing.
UPDATE #3: The response below is a complete lie. That's what I'm talking about, you meet their published parameters for canceling w/ refund, and they simply say they will not refund. I sent them screenshots of irrefutable proof and they ignored it. What scumbags.

I've used dozens of paid WordPress plugins over the years but I've never had a support experience like the one at Envira. They were incredibly patient and helpful and guided me to resolve a very complicated issue with one of my site templates. Really appreciate them - AND - the plugin is awesome too!

Having experienced a technical issue with my site and noticed Envira Gallery was producing error messages in the error-log, I reached out to the support team. I've had Envira for a while now and am very happy with it. It's cheap, easy to use, looks very nice and is very quick to load. I had one small issue in that they have Preloader which displays some small rotating dots if the connection is slow. Sounds like a good idea but in my case the pages load very quickly and the Preloader shows for a fraction of a second. Not a game changer but it added no extra value and actually slightly detracts from the look. Anyway, there is no setting to turn it off so I raised a ticket. A few message exchanges with Mihai from their support team and he sent me a code snippet which solved my problem. So also very good support!

This plugin has great features that allow me to do so much more to showcase great images on client sites. It's easy to set up and configure.
