Product really good and the price and quality
Product really good and the price is market leading. Due to the complication of printing it took a little longer them expected but this was well communicated.

Good & Bad
Was looking for edge to edge printing for return envelopes and was pleased with the quality of the finish and turnaround time. However, because of how the envelope is stuck together, edge printing was completely pointless. I signed off the proof so I take final responsibility but I think a sales person during the process could (and should) have flagged this glaring oversight. I won't bother printing to the edge again!

Have been using this company for years
Have been using this company for years, you won't find better prices. The ordering process seems to be unnecessarily complicated but the service and quality of the product has always been good. We have recently started receiving confirmation of delivery dates too which is always helpful and appreciated.
