❌ Avoid Enterprise / Alamo / National – Arlanda Airport, Stockholm ❌
Absolutely appalling customer service from start to finish.
I rented a car from Alamo (part of Enterprise/National) at Arlanda Airport, and they’ve since charged me for a parking fine I had already paid directly to the Swedish authorities. To make matters worse, they’ve added an admin fee on top, despite me resolving the fine myself.
No proof of the fine, no correspondence, no explanation — just a charge out of nowhere. I’ve received zero documentation about what the fine was for, or why they thought they were entitled to take additional money from my card without any communication.
This kind of behaviour is dishonest, disorganised, and completely unacceptable from a global brand. If this is how they treat international customers — charging people for things already paid — I’d strongly advise you to AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
