Entec Access Systems Omdömen

Entec exceeded our expectations by being on time on budget and accommodating. The product is great: double glazed so has eliminated noise and condensation, and the door and furniture give a sense of quality as our clients enter. All in all I would confidently recomen this company.

The Team from Entec arrived incredibly promptly and managed to resolve the issues with the Main Door at the Poppy Factory within 20 minutes of arrival, offering sensible advice to minimise the potential for similar problems in the future. An excellent service.

Thank you

From survey to installation Entec have been extremly organised and helpful, We will definitely be using them again.

We recently had the engineer Luke on site for a major issue with our main entrance automatic door and we were very pleased to see him working for hours with so much efficiency, dedication and patience. Would definitely recommend him :)

I have had the pleasure of working closely with the team at Entec Access Systems for several years, and I can confidently say that they are an invaluable partner on every project we collaborate on. Their extensive knowledge, vast experience, and unwavering professionalism consistently make them a reliable resource for complex and demanding projects.

Recently, we worked with the Entec team on a particularly challenging project that had significant budget constraints. Despite these limitations, Entec’s team provided exceptional guidance, walking both us and our client through various options and helping to ensure that the best possible outcome was achieved within the available budget. Their solutions-focused approach was integral to navigating the challenges.

When the project moved to the installation phase, there were additional complications. However, the Entec engineers handled the issues with remarkable expertise, working directly with our client to resolve all concerns efficiently. Their proactive problem-solving ensured a smooth resolution.

Overall, Entec Access Systems continues to demonstrate why they are a trusted partner — providing expert advice, delivering excellent service, and ensuring that every project is completed to the highest standard. We look forward to continuing our collaboration on future projects.

One more time, Entec has shown the solution based mindset and within 24hrs sorted and fixed our door issue. I highly recommended and will continue with no doubt using their services.

Been using Entec services for the past 10 years, and they have never let me down. In many occasions, they have solved challenging issues with automated doors where others couldn't. Their team dedication and efforts they put in motion resolving issues are invaluable. They really do go extra mile and think outside the box where required. Highly recommended!

We had an engineer called George from ENTEC and he couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant. He came and commissioned some new automatic doors and was brilliant from start to finish. Well done him and ENTEC.

We employed Entec Access Systems to replace old wooden doors at the entrance to our General Practice premises. We now have beautiful electric automatic doors which are impressing everyone. The men who installed the doors were industrious, polite and knew exactly what they were doing. The whole process was very efficiant and professional.

Always 5 stars for this company. Each installation is done property. New door design always very good. Highly recommended.

Never had a problem with them the office team are quick to respond to your requests and provide all the information needed including which engineers to expect on site along with DBS infromation upon request.
The engineers are great always leave the job clean and tidy, they have a great sense of humor & the work is always completed on time & to a good standard.

We had an emergency and telephoned Entec about 9am on the off chance of a call out. By lunchtime we had not only had a visit but the engineer, Andy, had both diagnosed and fixed what was quite a tricky problem. I'd say probably the best and quickest service we've had in a long time! Efficient and friendly service from both the office and engineer.

We have dealt with Mike, James and the team at Entec for many years and we are always happy with the service they offer and speedy professional response to our enquiries.
