I use this for my most difficult class this year and it was key. I’m now confident I will do well in the class and will use the service for other areas where I have trouble in the future. Also, I emailed the customer service at the email be back within one hour or so about his points for being prompt!

Not worth the money.
The summary was very brief and I thought there would be greater access by downloading the document and it was literally the same thing as I did before downloading. Not worth the cost.
