I ordered a quilted hamper. I got cheap plastic w/ designs stenciled on. I didn't like it & asked for a refund. Thus, I went down the rabbit hole. 48 emails later from China I am only offered 30% refund. If I want a full refund, I must send hamper back costing $20. Their return policy is non-existent.

Could I give a lower review. If I could I would. Read the fine print because they have every angle to not return their product.

Earlier I wrote a review similar to most others, about my frustrations trying to get Enjerr to replace shoes several sizes too small, or else refund my money. This effort ended with their bot offering a discount if I bought something else and wishing me a nice life. I had paid with a credit card, and I asked my bank if they could do anything about this. To my amazement, after about 6 or 7 weeks, Enjerr refunded to my credit card account the entire anount I had paid. This company is a scam, but I want people to know it might be worthwhile, if they paid with a credit card, to have the credit card company deal with them.

Ordered pillows and table runners over 3 months ago. Never received. Would give zero stars if possible. Don’t trust this company. They are a scam!

I would not recommend ordering these shoes. They seem to be very lightweight. Also, I ordered a size 6 and the shoes I got say size 38 which in US size is size 7 or eight they are way too big for me. I am having a very difficult time returning them. I have yield emailed to them many times. They keep telling me to attach pictures of the tracking number SKU number which I have done but for some reason those emails will not go through other emails go through fine so far I have not gotten any satisfactory response so that I can return these shoes. I will never order from these people again.

Never buy from this pathetic organization. I ordered a jacket from Enjerr that looked well-structured in their web photo. The product they sent was not only badly made with gaping holes where the supposedly leather trimmed buttonholes were to be, but it was more like a T shirt than a jacket. I requested a refund and their responses became an insult. Instead of simply refunding the full amount they initially offered 15% refund then after eight email exchanges they slowly raised the offer to 40% refund. They claimed that they were going through an adverse financial situation and could therefore not refund the full money. To which I responded that maybe if they did not send such inferior clothing, they may have a good reputation and improve their financial situation. I rejected the last offer of 40% of my purchase price, and now they have disappeared into their rat hole with no further communication. This is definitely not a company anyone should buy from. The sooner they close their doors and stop the scam of providing unwearable clothes, the better.

I ordered quilted bags on 6th December and paid extra £12 for delivery before 22nd, in time for Christmas. They didn't arrive until late January despite me chasing many times. I just got a message apologising for the delay and saying they would be with me in 2 to 3 days and that they would be worth the wait, they weren't! The bags were printed NOT QUILTED. I asked for a refund and was offered 20% discount of my next order which was never going to happen. After chasing again for refund was asked to send photos and evidence etc. I raised a dispute with my bank as I paid by credit card and today I have received a full refund. In the rush before Christmas I didn't check the reviews or I would not have bought from them.

Sent me the wrong item and then did not respond to my emails to make it right. I will never use this company again. I believe (and I can not prove it) that many products pictured are AI generated and do not really exist.

I should have checked the reviews on this company before ordering but sadly did not. This company is a fraud using very false advertising. I purchased a large quilted tote bag with a shoulder strap (among other items) but received a small non quilted duffle bag with a hand strap. Definitely not worth the $55 I paid for it. Their "customer service" required me to send pictures of everything twice and then wanted me to reorder the item giving me a small discount. NO WAY! You've already scammed me once - never again. There is no other way to contact them except email and once you demand they send the item you ordered or refund your money, they stop responding. Please listen to all the terrible reviews of this place - they are true.

My "size 10" Shoes were unwearable - not true to size at all, way too tight, squished my toes with the hard rubber toe "shields", and I was only offered a 15% refund! I also had to send several photos of the shoes and the packaging -- there was NO return label or information and "enjerr" is not even on the packaging, so It took me a search through emails to find out the name of the company. The "customer service " person suggested I find a friend or family member to wear them instead!! Incredibly disappointing product and customer service.

I ordered two identical duffel bags. Supposedly quilted. 1 was and the other wasn't quilted fabric as pictured. I asked either for a refund or to send me one that was quilted. Nope. The best they would do was a 20% discount. Stuff was cheaply made to start with. Stay away from these people!!

Ordered a laundry basket that was suppose to be quilted. It was just painted on. Very poor quality.

I would give a 1/2 star or No star if allowed, This is a scam outfit. DO NOT buy from this company. They do not have a contact phone# and do not accept returns or exchanges. They have the most ridiculous return procedure I ever saw. Read these instructions below from them:
You have to take pictures of the shoes, then request an evaluation, then provide all order details not provided with package-Package arrive empty on purpose. Then if you qualify based on who knows what, you may get a return slip and you pay to return them, however that fee is negotiable based on-who knows what again? The return instructions are two pages long and NO Address is provided

Pictures of the comforter (ha) made me believe it was a quilted product but it came with a picture stamped on so thin it could be a light blanket. Completely unusable. Reading these reviews which I should have done before buying makes me realize what a scam this company is. Buyers beware Just don't do it.

Ordered a pair of orthopedic slippers size 12. They were so small even for my 13 year old grandson. I contacted the customer service to return the slippers. I was given directions to provide photos, SKU and packaging info. which I immediately did. My response was...We have received the SKU product images you sent and carefully checked the size issue you reported. We confirm that the size was correct and was shipped according to your order. We have noted size-related issues on the product details page. Due to high international shipping costs, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a quality issue. If there are other problems with the product, please send relevant photos to our email address so we can verify them. If you wish to exchange the size, we will offer a 20% discount coupon. Thank you for your understanding, and we wish you a happy life! Yeah you have my $60.00..I do not like the comment we wish you a happy life (WTF)
DO NOT USE THIS COMAPANY What a rip off

Please don’t buy anything from this scammer company. I ordered a king size quilted comforter set for $109.95 and received a king size thin bedsheet. It is useless to me. Enjerr will not refund my money. They offered 15 percent off next purchase. I will not do business with them again. I sent a custmer complaint to Paypal who hopefully will not do business with this company again.

It seem that it is difficult to get ahold of a person. Then when they final contact you,they want you to jump through many hoops to even get a label. Temu is so easy to return items. I am disappointed that products to be ordered are not like the pictures.

Ordered 2 men's cashmere shirts. The shirts were two sizes too small (at least). And they were 100% polyester. Enjerr refuses to do anything about it. They just keep giving me the run around. They ask for videos (?) And then state that they don't give returns, and offer me a discount to buy something else, which I'm sure will be a scam also. Everything comes from China.

I purchased 2 pairs of trainers/shoes advertised as being great for people who are elderly and who have poor balance. Full refund policy if returned within 14 days. They had my size uk size 8 and did them in a wide fitting.
Sounded perfect on paper. What could go wrong. 8 ordered 2 pairs.
They arrived quickly, so far so good. Tried them on couldn't get my foot even halfway in.
Checked the size on the bag, they sent me a uk size 6 in standard fitting. 🙈
I emailed them asking for a return address so I could return them and get an exchange or a refund.
I was informed that they don't accept returns as they are abroard and the cost of returns is 2 high.........."WHAT".
After several emails, I have got nowhere, They signed their emails off saying "We wish you a happy life and if you have anymore questions, please email them". 😡
Are they being sarcastic or what.
So here I am, 2 weeks later with 2 pairs of trainers/shoes that I cannot wear. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR RETURN POLICY AS THEY DO NOT STAND BY IT.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. My order for 2 quilted handbags as gifts. Arrived were 2 canvass handbags cheaply made. I promptly returned them. Had a terrible time trying to get them to refund my credit card. They emailed me they processed refund. They didn’t. They also tried to say I did not return the items. My bank is now taking care of this refund. This company needs to be closed!!! Not honest at all. Do Not Do Business With Them. DiAnj
