I am obsessed with my new Tattoo!
Zoe is so f****** talented!
The whole experience of my day session was amazing. All staff are super friendly and very cool and the shop is a total vibe.
Zoe totally understood exactly what I wanted and was so patient to ensure it was perfect.
She made me feel so comfortable all day and is so friendly.
I cannot wait to return for my next tattoo!
Cannot recommend highly enough!

Well where to start. This was the highlight of my best friends wedding having a tattoo van..
Let’s just say, disappointing from the start! Steph arrived very late ( nearly 2 hours after original time booked ) without being rude, she looked like she’d had a rough morning, or night.. either way, didn’t seem overly enthusiastic to be there.
We were asked to send over tattoo flashcards for her to do, this wasn’t done. She was clearly trying to rush through as many people as possible, to the point where she tattoo’d under age people too!!!
I actually told her to have a break whilst we were wasting the arrival of our newlyweds.. as it would be quiet for a short while.. hence the word short.
This to Steph meant having what appeared to be nearly 1 hour and 45 minutes break where she told people to come back “later once her break was over”.
Inevitably this meant more and more people were awaiting their tattoo’s.. which conviniently Steph appeared to be well and truly taking her time of the last few she did do.
And not to mention when she rudely slammed her van door in our face shortly after 10pm ( she was booked until midnight), when challenged by one of the guests about this, and reminding her it wasn’t yet midnight, she very politely said “oh F*** off” before slamming the van door shut.
CHARMING!!! After telling one of the brides about this, she again challenged this with Steph.. Steph did reluctantly agreed to do 2 more piercings and insisted on finishing at 11…
Rude rude RUDE. Advice to Steph.. don’t take on jobs you clearly don’t want to do.. or don’t have a late night the night before. Very unprofessional!!

Further advice. Learn how to have basic people skills, cause you girl.. DONT HAVE ANY!!!!

I have a lot of tattoos done in a variety of studios, so have plenty to compare to. Can’t wait to go back for my next piece.

Very clean studio with great people working there and the right kind of atmosphere. Quality work from a variety of artists. Honest about what is possible and what to expect and very reasonably priced too. They even offer more unusual services like event tattoos and permanent jewellery.

Great experience and Griff was very thorough with what I wanted and redesigned my tattoo a bit for me. Cant fault him at all!

Staff were really friendly and made me feel at ease.

Great friendly service and helpful when I had to pop back in a week later as I had knocked the ball from my piercing

Another exceptional tattoo by the guys at Enigma. I’ve had several colourful pop art style tatts recently, and all of them are amazing! The studio is very clean, and well run, and the staff are very professional. Best tattoo studio in Cheltenham in my opinion🤩

First ever tattoo and I chose a day sitting with the amazing Zoe! She was fab!!! She took all my ideas and merged it all into one! I honestly cannot wait to go back for another one! I’m addicted😍 Thanks Zo!🖤

I got an impulse tattoo when I saw they were during walk-ins during the Cheltenham pride festival.

I was fairly nervous about the pain level of a tattoo (I have a few piercings but the pain only lasts a few seconds on those), they were very friendly and reassuring during the whole process.

I wasn't disappointed in the slightest, everyone was lovely and chatty. I will definitely come back for more tattoos.

I have had Tatts from both Zo and Steph, and also had multiple piercings here too. I cannot recommend highly enough. Such amazong artists and wonderful humans who are an absolute pleasure to be around. The studio is beautiful, spotlessly clean and a brilliant atmosphere always. Steph is a true pioneer in the field and killing her mobile tattoo enterprise across the country, be it at weddings, festivals, Pride etc. Absolute queen.

Super chilled experience, Phoenix was very friendly and made my worries disappear about getting my nose pierced

Had the best experience with Enigma, their studio is immaculate and beautiful. The staff are so friendly and make you feel at ease immediately. It's the only place I will go!

Made me feel so comfortable and relaxed especially going in by myself. The workers are lovely and very welcoming. Will definitely be going back!
