Engineered Nutrition was founded in 2023 with one goal: make hydration that actually works for people who train hard. We're not built for the casual wellness crowd. We're built for CrossFit athletes, HYROX competitors, runners, and anyone who shows up four-plus days a week and feels the difference when their body runs low. When you sweat, you don't only lose sodium — you lose all five electrolytes. Most brands dump salt and call it a day. We didn't. Our Hydration Drink Mix is engineered around the Golden Ratio: 1,580 mg of full-spectrum electrolytes — sodium, chloride, potassium, magnesium, and calcium — plus zinc and B vitamins. Zero sugar. Zero carbs. Zero calories. Naturally flavored and sweetened with stevia. Every batch is Informed Sport Certified, third-party tested against 250+ banned substances, so collegiate and pro athletes can drink it with confidence. It comes in single-serve stick packs, so your hydration goes wherever you do — the gym bag, the competition floor, the carry-on. We're a founder-led company that obsesses over the formula and stands behind every order with a 30-day money-back guarantee. No fluff, no compromise — clean performance hydration that helps you stop cramping, recover faster, and finish strong. Be Relentless. Never Compromise.

Ditching my LiquidIV for Engineered Nutrition
Flavor is amazing. Trust score on Suppco is Elite (literally). Feeling during and after working out in this 100 heat (I'm in SE Texas) consistently is great. Super convenient and I know I'm getting a good, clean product. 10/10 recommend!

Delicious and Nutritious Electrolyte Mix from a Company that Cares about the Customer
Their electrolyte mix is delicious and nutritious. I feel the difference after drinking it in the middle of my workouts.
I also like how welcoming and considerate the company is. I see them helping out at events such as Wodapalooza and NorCal Classic.

Great product and customer service
I've been drinking engineered nutrition for over a year and it was recommended by my Hyrox coach! It tastes great and the owner even adds a personalized note in the order sometimes. It feels great to support a small business and they have a top notch product!

I love engineered nutrition
I love engineered nutrition and their products. EN by far has the best flavors out of any electrolytes that I have tried and they also use extremely clean ingredients to ensure athletes are properly hydrated for their training. All in all EN just does it right.

10/10 all around!
EN are honestly the best electrolytes I've ever tasted -- not too salty or sweet AND the ingredients are top notch! I'm an athlete and have been using electrolytes for many years and I finally found a consistent product that works for my lifestyle. I've been ordering EN for myself and my gym for a year now and all my people agree (so much so, I can't seem to keep them in stock very long!)
To top all of this off, the customer service is unmatched. In a world where everything is automated and AI ... You can actually speak to a person (Nino is the bomb!) It's clear he cares about the quality of his product and his customers, and to me, that's priceless.
So I'll be sticking around til the end 🙌🏼

We LOVE Engineered Nutrition! Nino and his crew are top notch, and I’m always grateful when it’s time to order more! The product is incredible, clean, and delicious (our gym member favorites are lemonade, mixed berries, and tamarind!), and the humans behind the brand are amazing. 150 out of 10 recommend!
