Purchased two 55pt natural diamonds w/earing mounts. Approximate purchase price 5500.

I was anxious being from CA purchasing stones from Hong Kong and NY and having Engage Jewelers of TX bring put it all together and mounting the stones into two earrings.

The issues were primarily with the EJ website.

I asked Lee to populate the cart for me but by doing so the contents of the cart disappeared.

I could not see what's in the cart...just a total so I did not pay for the stones or mountings until I saw the contents of the cart and the GIA numbers were in there. I recommend you see what you're paying for.

I wanted to ensure I controlled the delivery date but could not change the 'guarantee delivery date' to a specific date until I paid for the stones and mountings.

Jessica to the rescue. I explained my needs and concerns and Jessica made sure everything was correct - earring white gold and 6 prong. GIA numbers were in the cart along with pictures.

I had the stones appraised by a GIA gemologist and they were the GIA numbered stones I expected. The gemologist noted that there was a hair under one of the prongs and removed it for me.

Overall I believe I received fair value for the money, and although the website was a challenge the sales staff made everything right.

Could not be happier. Loved how customisable every feature was. Found exactly what I was after and at a much lower price than other online or retail stores. Delivery was fast. The appointment with a consultant eased my fears. The ring looks exactly like the render in the app.

Had the best experience using Engage jeweler. They helped me find the perfect diamond, and customized everything as requested. The ring turned out better than imagined! Not that I plan on getting another ring, but who knows may upgrade to a larger one next. Thanks for everything!

The Engage sales representative that I worked with provided a plethora of good information and the stone that I settled on was the absolute best gem that I could find anywhere for the money. The ring is beautiful. Their shipping was quick BUT they incorrectly routed the order to my home, instead of the FedEx facility that I requested, which resulted in my girlfriend seeing and signing for a package with the words "ENGAGE" on it while I wasn't home. While my experience was generally very good, this was unacceptable and could've blown my entire engagement.
