Engage Education Omdömen

I’ve been working with Engage Education for the past few months, and it’s been a genuinely positive experience from the very beginning. The entire process—from registration to placement—has been smooth and well-organised, thanks to the wonderful team.

The onboarding process was handled by Ms Suela Stafa who was incredibly helpful, friendly, and efficient. She made the whole experience stress-free and ensured that everything was clearly explained and sorted in a timely manner.

Since then, I’ve been in regular contact with Ms Bridget Hicks, who has been absolutely fantastic to work with. She’s always warm, polite, and welcoming, and goes out of her way to accommodate my availability and any changes in my situation. I had to cancel an assignment at the last minute once, and she was so understanding and supportive—something I truly appreciated. Communication has always been prompt, and I’ve consistently received all the necessary details and confirmations well in advance. Bridget is someone I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone joining the agency.

Even the behind-the-scenes admin and logistics have been handled smoothly, which really helps things feel reliable and stress-free.

Overall, I’m really happy with the experience so far and grateful to both ladies for their professionalism, kindness and support.

I had an amazing time working with Grace Lampard, excellent communication and support.

Athena from engage education has been assisting me with my needs and acting upon them.

Grace Lampard has been a

Engage education has been incredible helpful in finding the right work for me. Special thanks to Athena who made me feel comfortable right away.

Always supportive and kind team. Very professional and down to earth. Nice pay too !

Grace, is a brilliant and reliable consultant.

Easy registration process and very helpful employees.

Absolutely rubbish communication.
The post they sent me too had no safeguarding, risk assessments provided.
I was paid less than minimum wage because Engage Education did not communicate my required break hours.
Rude HR.
Did not give me my P45 so was emergency taxes by my next employer.
Do not recommend.. they are purely driven by profit over the wellbeing of the children they send the employees to.

Working for Engage Education allowed me to have flexible shifts and build on my previous experience to become a confident Teaching Assistant. Particularly the support of Athena Japhta, who was always available to answer questions and provide guidance, made my experience extremely positive. The agency consistently matched me with suitable placements that aligned with my skills and interests, and the schools I worked with were welcoming and professional. Overall, I would highly recommend Engage Education to anyone looking for flexible teaching opportunities with excellent support.

Excellent service by Chris, very responsive, helpful and caring throughout the process.

I have been apart of engage education for the last 5 years and they have supported me every step of my teaching career. My consultant Darren went above and beyond to accommodate my preferences when providing daily supply work. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at Engage and would recommend them 1000%.

Relocating from Dubai back home to London was made so much easier thanks to Engage. The sign up process was simple, and the team were friendly and supportive throughout. Suela was especially great, she took the time to really understand what I was looking for and made sure that was clearly communicated with the rest of the team. She was super easy to talk to and made the whole process feel very personalised.

Lenny was just as brilliant. He supported me through each step, taking the time to explain the process clearly and help me weigh up different school options. His advice was thoughtful, and he was always quick to respond, approachable, and honest. Both Suela and Lenny made me feel listened to and genuinely cared for, and I’m really thankful for their help in securing my new role in London.

Engage is a fantastic teacher recruitment agency they really do find the best fit for what you want to do. I'd like to thank Darren Healey especially for his exceptional proactive and efficient consultancy skills always lines up roles that are specifically tailored to what a diverse and inclusive educator needs!

Kindest Regards,

Khareem Hunte

Athena Japhta was who I've been on the phone to and in touch with. She has been brilliant and really helpful and checked in regularly and is very understanding of the roles and places I'm looking for and she is so kind and caring. I would really recommend her.

I spoke to Mohammed Ahmed on the phone regarding a teaching assistant role. He was incredibly helpful, intelligent and well informed. He informed of the teaching process very thoroughly, and as a result I have decided to do a PGCE and then come back and work for engage education. Super helpful, and could not have found a better person to advise me and work with.

Thanks Mohammed!

Suela and Sayedul were an exceptional team who thoroughly reviewed my CV and placed me in a fantastic school with a wonderful team. I'm extremely grateful for their attention to detail and dedication to meeting my specific requirements! Thank you both 👌

I just want to say a huge thank you to Lauren for being such an amazing support throughout my time with Engage Education. She has been nothing but helpful, reliable, and incredibly responsive whenever I’ve needed her.

No matter the time or situation, Lauren has always been there to answer my questions and provide guidance. Her communication is second to none, and it's clear she genuinely cares about the people she supports. It's made a real difference knowing I can count on her – she’s truly a credit to the agency.

Thank you again, Lauren – your support has meant so much!

Didn't like my post and asked me to email them, so I did, once again they proved their poor communication by not replying to my email, even though they asked me too

So far, my cover assignments have been well-organised and clearly communicated by Chris. I’ve especially appreciated the prompt updates and clarity around expectations before each placement — this has made it easier to step into roles confidently.

The schools I’ve been placed in have generally been welcoming, and the transitions have been smooth.

Thank you Chris for the journey so far, it’s been great. You are the best !
