Engage Education Omdömen

To anyone looking for an agency, this is the one to go with. I worked with them for a year and it was an incredibly positive experience. Chris Rushton was my advisor and he was instantly available and effective in sorting any issues or concerns I had. He was brilliant at his job, you may even want to ask for him when you sign on!
Lastly, engage are very supportive and will help you with any concerns, and they will find you good work

Engage have offered me plenty of work and the pay is better than most agencies that I've worked with. The communication is good and the agency app helps in keeping track of the work I have done.

Joining Engage this year has been the best decision! I used to work for other agencies in the past, but none of them compare to Engage. My consultant Alice has been so helpful from day one and has secured so many school bookings for me. She is super organised and asks me in advance if any booking comes in the day before. I really appreciate her professionalism and all her help since day one. Engage is the best teaching agency to work for with so many wonderful schools as their partner. If Alice is your consultant, you are the luckiest as she always goes above and beyond to help you get work in her partner schools. I would definitely recommend this agency to all the teachers out there looking for flexible work in schools.

I had a great experience with Engage Education. Dani P was incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. She responded promptly whenever I had any concerns, guided me step by step, and helped me secure a role quickly. Her communication and dedication made the whole journey smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

I have found my experience as a supply teacher with Engage Education to be quite rewarding. The consultants are very attentive. Alice T demonstrates a high level of professionalism and consistently identifies suitable roles for me. It is a wonderful team that provides support when needed.

I’ve been with Engage since last year and have had the opportunity to work with Laura who has made my experience great with Enage with good communication, adapting to my needs for example finding long term bookings and and keeping in mind wanting to continue with my ECT and helping me alongside Bridget to get my current position.

Brilliant work force. Timely with information and response is swift as well. I felt extremely pleased with Laura and Usama.
Both were quite understanding and encouraging.
I look forward to more opportunities with them.

Millie Brady is amazing at her role with engage!! She got me signed up quickly, supported me and whilst going out to schools, and is great to chat to. She even remembers my little boys names and it’s like talking to a friend !!

Highly recommend working with Millie on your journey with engage !! X

I have had such a great experience working with engage and the team especially working with Darren this year has had ups and downs for me but he has really helped and trusted me and worked around my needs. Always thoughtful, kind and given me more confidence in finding the right schools for me and close to home. I have learned a lot in working in the different placements and have gained more skills and knowledge in my role. I want to thank you for everything and look forward to working with you in the next academic year. April 😊happy holidays

Working with Darren Priest at Engage Education has been one of the most positive professional experiences I’ve had. Unlike other agencies that disappear after the sign-up stage, Darren is proactive, honest, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to really understand my experience, goals, and the practical realities of needing a role that fits around my responsibilities as a parent. He helped refine my CV to highlight my strengths, and within two weeks, I was working in a school that aligns perfectly with both my values and skill set.

What stands out most is that his support doesn’t stop once you’re placed. Darren continues to check in regularly, offers thoughtful guidance, and is always available to talk through questions or challenges. Whether it’s about the role, the profession, or just how things are going, he makes time — and that kind of genuine support is rare.

I was so confident in the process that I recommended Darren to a friend who hadn’t worked in years. She was nervous about returning to the workforce, but he approached her situation with the same care and attention, and helped her find a role that met her needs and helped rebuild her confidence. Both of us are now working in positions that support our family lives without compromising our careers.

I also want to acknowledge Joseph Raffell, Head of Compliance, Safeguarding, and Talent Acquisition, whose expertise and behind-the-scenes support have made the process smooth and reassuring from start to finish.

If you’re looking for a recruitment agency that truly listens, understands your priorities, and delivers on what they promise, I couldn’t recommend Engage Education — and especially Darren Priest — more highly. They don’t just place you in a job; they invest in your journey.

Working with Engage Education has been a fantastic experience. Darren has been especially brilliant throughout. His communication has always been clear, consistent and supportive. He has gone out of his way to find work that suits me. You always feel valued and listened to when working with engage consultants. Darren checks in regularly, is always professional and genuinely cares about the people he works with. Always happy to help with any questions or concerns that I may have. It’s been a pleasure working with Engage Education and I look forward to continuing my journey with them. Thank you to everyone from Engage Education.

Regards, Duroe.

Thank you, Darren Priest, for all your support in helping me secure a job 5 minutes from my home! I truly appreciate your dedication and willingness to go above and beyond —even meeting with me outside of regular working hours to ensure all the necessary documents were submitted on time for payment. Your commitment to your work really shows. Thank you again!

The Support and Communication that has been given to me has been So Uplifting.
I'm very much looking forward to My Future Venture.
Hadleigh, Suela and the rest of the staff have been Fantastic.
I would gladly recommend Engage Education to anyone wanting to get back or into The Education Sector.
Thank You All So Much.

I have had a great experience working with engage over the course of the year helping me to secure two separate rolls. All staff are kind and professional.
