First time to deal with Enfields.
Moved in to a newly renovated house
Anna Gee from Shirley office Southampton was very professional,emails replied on time. She made the whole process smooth and fast.
However when i and my family moved into the house the Gas stove was not connected to the electricals, kitchen drawers are not properly fitted. This should be properly checked during inventory.

Streamlined process to rent a new apartment, Annah was amazing throughout! Highly recommend

We’ve been looking on the rental market for a while and I must say, Adrian’s attention to detail and finding a property that matches our specific needs had been amazing. Alongside this, provides above and beyond communication style so that clients are kept in the loop.

After a few attempts to partner with other companies and not hearing back from them - this is an incredible breath of fresh air.

I’ve recently gone through the process of renting a property via Enfields and have dealt with Annah from start to finish who really went the extra mile to make it as smooth as possible.

Enfields and more specifically Annah from the Shirley branch helped me to find my first rental property. Annah was very professional and kind during my viewing and subsequently very prompt with her responses to my later enquiries. The whole process from viewing to references was very smooth.

I have only recently started using Enfields because Adrian moved here from Beals and my relationship is primarily with him. I have to acknowledge Adrian's new team that I am now working with. Annah has been my main point of contact and she is excellent with her communication both to myself as the landlord and the prospective tenants. She is friendly and professional and listens to my requirements and acts upon them. She is easy to talk to and is willing to help as much as she can. I have also dealt with Suman who is also very helpful. And although I have never met or spoken to him, I know James is in the background doing the admin... The thing that impresses me is how much they work as a team. Usually when I speak to someone else, they know what I am talking about and any updates - and it is not about "notes" on the system, they have coordinated things in their daily meetings. This is a very professional outfit in my experience and a pleasure to work with. Thank you Annah and the team.

We would like to thank Enfields for helping us tenants find a property. Annah from the Shirley branch was very helpful finding us a lovely flat, which we are both very pleased with. She assisted with all of our questions and provided all the information we needed moving into the property as well as going above and beyond.

I rented an apartment with a flatmate through Enfields. At the end of the tenancy, we underwent a change of contract. Now a new tenant contract which started on 3rd July, 2025 was signed and a new pair of tenants were living in that apartment.

But the Enfields agents said they would not process my deposit refund through DPS and they also ignored my request to view the Change of Contract document.
