Total con...

The promised savings of £400-500 pa are total rubbish...
Just check the energy unit prices for the new deal...they are higher.....!!
With penalties...... compared to Octopus fix!
Mathematically impossible .
A insult to your intelligence.
A total waste of time....
...
There is no "confusion"
The actual unit costs are higher on your offered transfer so there is no way you will save.
It's simple ,basic unit costs... don't you understand basic mathematics??
And you have transfer fees which Octopus don't have.
It's an insult to Consumer intelligence

While we appreciate all feedback, it looks like there may be some confusion here as unit rates and standing charges are the focal point of all conversations we have about energy tariffs, and the contract we send on behalf of the supplier is very clear about the unit rate and standing charge too. The only potential reason I can think of that you would be paying higher rates is if you are now out of contract.

Please can you email us at info@energyswitchers.com with a copy of your bill, and we will review this for you and ensure that any confusion is cleared up.

Very Misleading

They've indicated on their website that they compare companies (British Gas, eDF, Utility Warehouse, SSE and Scotish Power) and give you the best deal. However, when you've put in your details you get this message: What Happens Now?
A Professional Advisor from ScottishPower will be in touch soon to discuss your requirements and provide a free quotation.

They will get in touch with you shortly to find you the best options. They will be calling from 01294681995

I think this is very misleading. Are you only looking to get customers for Scotish Power? If so, just make it clear on your website.

To clarify, we’re not affiliated with Scottish Power, and we don’t compare rates or provide quotes automatically. In fact, we only compare energy deals after speaking directly with customers to understand their individual needs and priorities. We never jump straight into recommendations without that conversation, and we definitely don’t use or call from the number you mentioned.

It sounds like this experience may not have been with us, which is concerning — and we’d really love to understand more so we can look into it. If you’re open to it, please reach out to us directly so we can help clarify and ensure there hasn’t been any mix-up.

Our goal is always to make sure people get the best possible outcomes, and we take transparency seriously — so if something’s not quite right here, we want to fix it.

Great customer service

The contact we have had with Energy Switchers has been great. They have listened to our requirements and have put us at ease while looking for a new provider. Energy Switchers have also kept in constant contact with us so we have been able to track our switchover successfully. Would certainly recommend if you are looking for an energy supplier.

Martin Ryles - Transition so easy

Martin Ryles helped us through the process of changing our electricity supply for various properties. He was very efficient, informative and helpful and made the transition very easy. Wouldn't hesitate to deal with him again.

Shout out to Michael

Michael called me within seconds of me submitting my enquiry. Cheery and helpful first thing on a Thursday.

He found a deal that meant I did not have to switch energy supplier and kept our costs about the same as they currently were, with the benefit of a variable rate agreed.

All very easy and QUICK :)

Excellent people to deal with

Person I spoke was excellent he told me what I wanted and explained to very well and sent the e mail with prices on two energy companies and we made the decision asp many thanks keep up the good work to Michael

Impressive service!

We recently used Energy Switchers to change our electricity contract away from British Gas and was very impressed with the service! They gave me a full market comparison, helped me to choose the right deal and then processed it for me. Will be more than happy to review my next contract with them.
