This is easily the best support group I have seen. Their advice and support is second to none and they're so approachable and understanding and they don't judge or criticise anyone. And I'm convinced they don't sleep as they always seem to be available 😊

Went to Gemma when I felt I had a hopeless case with my previous energy supplier. Not only did she resolve the issue completely in a matter of days (after I'd wasted weeks of stress) but she totally worked miracles. I know I'm not alone in seeing Gemma and her team as life savers.

We reached out to Gemma and her team when my husband had to leave employment due to health problems. He was the main income of house and we were struggling to pay our energy bills. The advice we received worked! We reached out to find out what benefits we could get and then reached out to octopus and explained our situation. I had put off ringing them because I didn’t think they would want to know and basically say it’s your bill pay it but octopus have been great d really tried to help. So thankyou so much to Gemma and her team and can now actually sleep at night!

I have nothing but good things to say about this support group. They are so knowledgeable, helpful and supportive. I’m have learnt so much from them. They also helped my daughter in law with energy vouchers in a time of desperate need. If I could give 10* I would.

This Facebook page is absolutely helpful and amazing. They bend over backwards to support all who need it. Gemma and her admin team go to the longest lengths to support those in need. They will take on your battle to make sure your issue is solved. They have do much empathy, knowledge and no problem is too small or big. The largest energy companies Have faced this group.

Energy support and advice is an amazing group so helpful and what the team do to help is fantastic i would highly recommend them to any friends and family that run into problems with energy bills or anything else related! Thanks Gemma for what you and your group do, you are all amazing!

This group is amazing. I had two energy issues. One I needed help with due to a smart meter opening read that should have started at zero. A group expert confirmed I was correct and E.ON Next were not. I had help with how to raise a formal complaint and the issue was successfully resolved. The 2nd issue, I didn’t need help with as I was already armed with the knowledge I had learned from this group. I have seen this group help so many people to resolve their issue where they had lost all hope, got people back on supply and supporting vulnerable families. Don’t believe the negative reviews, they are just people who broke the very simple group rules and were thankfully removed from the group.

Such a helpful group with a lot of good advice

Gemma and her team offer wonderful support and advice. They help extremely vulnerable people who have been left without power through no fault of their own.
I had difficulty with scottish power following the death of my father in law, a company I would avoid, they were unable to put a cheque in the correct name for over a year. It was only £35 but they continued to put in a dead man's name, I resolved the matter after over a year. I wish I had found these people sooner.

This woman is outstanding and very compassionate. Gemma and her team work hard 24/7 and are very helpful and understanding. Along with success unfortunately brings out a lot of haters and trolls with the green-eyed monster. Gemma and her team are very professional and very knowledgeable and basically, they get the job done. They are very sympathetic to those who are in a situation due to the rising costs of utility bills, but they always find a solution and put people at ease. Gemma's group has been a godsend to many, I wish the world was full of more people like Gemma and her team.

This is a fantastic site, gemma and the team are brilliant, they give brilliant advice that is all true, fantastic energy saving tips, which has helped me a lot, and lots of information on other sites which offer true and helpful information on saving tips on other things, and the do this work and don’t ask for anything in return, except politeness and are always available to answer your queries
