Energy Save Experts Omdömen

Excellent service helpful service chloe was amazing would definitely recommend 👌

Having been previously sceptical of using the brokers, I am happy to say that I shouldn't have been, especially about Energy Save Experts.

Chloe has been first rate, no hard push and very honest. Our business has so many meters, Chloe and the team make it easy to manage, to the extent that all I have to do is sign and say yes. No need to think, no need to search for hours.

Thank you all very much

Energy save Experts made my life so ouch easier when it came to switching energy suppliers .

I must say Melissa has been outstanding from start to finish , and I cannot reconvened her and Energy save experts enough.

I have already told my friends and family about the great service that I have received

Thanks again Melissa

I recently had the pleasure of working with Melissa at the energy save expert company, and I must say, she was exceptional. From the moment I contacted the company to inquire about their energy-saving services, Melissa was warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. She took the time to understand my energy needs and recommended the best solutions.

Throughout the process, Melissa was professional, responsive, and patient with all my questions. She went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with the service, and even followed up after to make sure everything was working perfectly.

What impressed me the most about Melissa was her dedication to customer service. She took the time to explain the benefits of energy-saving solutions in a way that was easy to understand, and I never felt like I was being pressured into making a purchase.

Overall, my experience with Melissa and the energy save expert company was nothing short of amazing. Exceptional serviceI will definitely recommend the company to all that are interested

I’ve got to say…what a company and what a team! Melissa in particular was just fantastic… nothing was too much trouble and she actually saved me a real sum, one that I could get anywhere near myself!
Can’t thank them enough….if in doubt, just try them - they were an absolute dream to work with!
Thanks again,
Ben

Very impressed, 5 star service.
Steve was very knowledgeable, helpful and efficient with switching my business gas supply and saved me £400. I will be consulting Energy Save Experts when my electricity is also due for renewal.
Thanks.

Dealt with Steve and energy save and couldn't be any happier!

Very knowledgeable approach and saved us tons. Even helped us stop being bamboozled by 100s of companies! would definitely recommend

Great service. Saved me a fortune on my bills.

Having had poor service from another broker in the past I was reluctant to use a broker again .

I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service provided by Energy Save Experts and in particular their non pushy approach and total transparency in all areas .

Definitely recommend and will be using them again when other agreements need reviewing .

Ste

We used Energy Save Experts as a result of a colleague who had been bamboozled into signing a contract with another supplier which was going to almost bankrupt our business.

We tried in vain to resolve this ourselves . The team at Energy Save Experts took the time to agree us better rates and get the contracts cancelled.

We cannot thank you enough and will be recommending you to other businesses in our estate

Dean and Ross were not only super friendly, but they were very knowledgeable and passionate about what they do aswell. My dog Flake even gave them the seal of approval

Efficient and was able to make a significant saving on our energy bills. Sofia has been good to deal with and made the process simple

Thank you very much ESE for your patience when assisting me with our gas/ electric switch. The procedure was made effortless by Zoe and a courtesy check up to ensure I was happy with the service was very much appreciated.

Great service and very good advice given from claire

Switching my energy with ESE was easy. Lauren handled the whole case fantastically and I’d definitely recommend that anybody hoping to switch give them a try.

I don’t normally write reviews but having received an call from Charlotte I felt obliged to do so. From our first engagement she was helpful, knowledgeable and most importantly had my interests at heart. We spent time working out the best deal for my business regarding our electric bills and the switch was seamless. Our next engagement with ESE will be in April when we review our phone contracts. Great work team.

Excellent service - Jane was a pleasure to work with & made everything very easy... Would Defo recommend!

Great service really easy to switch over, I dealt with Zoe who was really helpful and explained everything in simple terms so I understood the whole process.

We're now switched over and making some great savings, highly recommend using this company.

I was a bit unsure about switching but after Anna reassured me about how easy it would be they made the whole process from start to finish seamlessly and will definitely be recommending especially the money they have saved me.

When it comes to switching energy suppliers like most people and businesses I was a abit unsure, but after listening to what they could do for me and how much money I would save, energy save experts made me the switch worth while and did so with ease. The communication throughout was constant and without doubt know as a business we made the right choice.
