EnergySage is garbage with zero accountability. Signed a solar installer via their platform who lied about even filing the permit.
Installer promised refund of my deposit, never did. I involved EnergySage who promised they were working with THEIR installer to refund, still nothing.
Now EnergySage won't refund me themselves.
No accountability for not doing their only job. EnergySage is useless.
I got an E-mail that said a contractor had left a message for me and I should log into my Marketplace account. I followed the instructions and clicked on the link EnergySage sent me, and got the following worthless results. (I clicked on the link immediately, well within one minute and not the 15 minutes they say you are allowed.)

They do not get any deals for their service, they just help you connect to a solar company you can find with google, instead you gave away personal info, that energysage can sell...
