Energy Prices Direct Limited Omdömen

I had no clue that our village hall was paying too much for our energy and water prices. As a charity we desperately need funds to keep the hall going so saving money is vital.
Steve Ronak was patient with me as I was very wary having been called soooo many times about my Edf contract. His knowledge was outstanding and he talked me through all the benefits. I am very grateful to him for his expertise in informing me to help our charity.

KEVIN WAS VERY HELPFUL ALL THE WAY DID A GREAT JOB THANKS

Honest and on the ball, Karen Atkins has again done a fantastic job, she pro actively contacted us to offer a great rate and a contract extension. She is always respectful and efficient. When it’s not convenient to take the call she calls back at the time requested. She is very concerned to get us the best deal.

Just wanted to say how well Kevin has looked after us as a church. He has worked hard to get us the best deal possible so deserves 5 stars.

I used EPD 2 years ago to replace expiring contracts and encountered some problems at switch - over. The person who I was dealing with has left EPD and our account was taken over by Henry Davies who rectified the problem and set up new contracts that are highly competitive. He always answered my calls and emails promptly.

So pleased with Kevin Armstrong's prompt response, speedy replies to my requests to have both my electricity & gas contracts all renewed. Thank you so much for your help and assistance Kevin.

Like most people I dread sales calls but this was a positive experience. Thank you to Rose Williams who was very helpful and, despite English not being her first language, she was very clear and easy to understand. One bit of advice I would give her is to slow down just a bit. Rose was very competent, confident and knew her product well. I felt she took good care of me. I would be happy to do business with her again

San is a reliable agent we trust him to do the best for us. Find a good price for our electric supply . He is helpful and kind , sorts out our problems if we have any and offers ima quick reply to our queries . He is reliable in all aspects

Anthony was most helpful in obtaing us a new electricity account which has saved us money.

I really appreciate specifically SAM PATEL AND STEVE SMITH for helping us with our electricity bills. The effort they put to save our money and comparison. They explained us benefits of tariff which we secured.we are highly recommend them you should talk to them at least once.👍🏽👍🏽

I am so grateful for the help of EPD in steering our church through the complexities of the energy market. If all their staff demonstrate the same level of understanding and professionalism as Maureen, they will always deserve excellent reviews. Alf Hall

Over many years, I have worked with Sam Patel, aiming to get competitive energy prices for my scout group. It is really important that we get value for money.
Working with Sam, I have managed to get competitive prices with good quality companies.
Sam has worked extremely hard for our group. He has good knowledge and understands the need to find us value for money.
Communication with Sam is brilliant. He is constantly in touch, keeping me up-to-date and always looking for the best deals for the scout group.
It’s fairly obvious to me, working with Sam over a long period of time that he has excellent knowledge of the industry and good communication and technological skills.
I would recommend working with this company. They have certainly not let me down.

I've just completed a new electricity contract organised by Denver at Energy Prices Direct. I got a variety of quotes using 3 different brokers and Denver managed to get me the best deal.
I've given 4 out of 5 as my initial contact with him last year he was eager to get a deal done so was phoning regularly. However I said I wasn't in a position to sort out the contract then and to call me back in February which he did and was very helpful throughout the whole process.

Ash has always been helpful and I trust him to get the best price for our village hall.

We are a temple located in London and I have a good experience dealing with Yash. He has saved the temple money. Thank you,Yash. Hare Krishna!

Lisa Basu guided me through a minefield of prices and options. As pedantic as I am, she surpassed my expectations and achieved prices I was happy with. Her research was extensive and thorough, her presentation was easy to follow, and nothing was too much effort. In the end it was easy to narrow it down to the choices I made. A huge thank you.

I had the Electricity contract for our village hall renewed with Energy Prices Direct Ltd
I spoke with Henry Davies a number of times and he again arranged the renewal of the contract.
I have dealt with Henry a number of times to renewal our utility contacts and find him helpful and conscientious.
